This chapter was so sad. I cried for poor broken Edward.

That went really well. I had a feeling it did, as when Bella woke to them talking in the kitchen, they weren't fighting. I liked that you showed us what was going through his mind that night. He was worried he didn't lock his door in his rush to get to Bella. All I wondered was, did he turn off the shower before getting the phone call? Or, was the water running he whole time?

Thank you for this chapter. It truly was needed. You've provided an insight to how the family felt about Edward all these years. That Esme and Carlisle did know that Edward needed help but, thought he'd grow out of it. Realizing too late that they'd failed him and that it had gotten worse. Emmett's denial turned into his selfishness. Rosalie's refusal to see wha her side of the family may being to the table, only escalated Emmett's fire. What a mess. I loved Carlisle pointing out to everyone there what was wrong. For Rosalie to say 'it's only a fuckin chair', when she is a guest in their home, should've said a lot to Emmett. Nope, he's just being delusional and selfish all over again. I am quite happy that they've decided this is their last Christmas in Chicago. It never made sense to me, and I mentioned just that in an earlier review, that they went to Chicago when everyone lives in Seattle. Especially with the two youngest Whitlock's. Santa should be coming to their own home, not taking them to Santa.

So glad to read Mike lost the lawsuit and the job. What he was doing with his position was wrong and he had to be held accountable. I am very happy other women came forward and said theytoo were harassed by him, making her case more solid. I love Bella's plan to help children with their afflictions and teach them to cope and that they are just as normal as other children. They just have quirks. Everyone has quirks, if you think about it. Looking forward to reading the sequel.

Such an improvement for Edward. He went from wanting to stay home and avoiding the party, to having fun at the party. I love the idea of the women's center and Bella helping out. What will Rosalie help with? Oh, she can help fix their cars for them or, teach them how to. I can see many places that Bella can help with. Especially having the summer off. I was shocked that Emmett actually asked a direct question to Bella and wasn't condescending about it. Although, Rosalie did get his attention back on her rather quickly. Tanya and Kate were funny. Kate even thought Edward was gay. Him takingnher onto the deck and talking, then the countdown, was so wonderful. That smile of his was downright delicious. I'm so happy for these two.

Ben is great too. Thank you for showing him to us. I liked that he and Edward hit it off so well. They were friends before and it seems that helped Edward immensely. Ben had some very good advice for Edward. He knew he was shutting Bella out, so he helped him see that may be the reason she wasn't talking with him. I even noticed that Edward had an internal thought of Bella moving into his apartment. His apartment that Angela and Ben both seem to think is amazing. They could live together there, and save more money towards the home they want. I don't think Edward would be too freaked out about her stuff merging with his in his apartment, if that meant they were living together. Just an observation on how far he has come.

Lack of communication is one of my pet peeves. It is irking me that they are shutting down on each other. Being in both of their heads, we the readers, are privileged to know that nothing has changed with either of them as far as how they feel . . . if anything it is stronger. However, closing up like this is starting to cause tension thatbthey don't need. How dare Emmett come over to Edward's home and treat him as if he's the one in the wrong. Then to talk down to Bella and accuse her of crap he knows nothing about, was way out of line. There is a special place in hell for him and Rosalie. They disgust me. I really love Angela and Abby. They're great.

What a wonderfully lovely idea for these two, in the promise ring. I love it. You made me wonder why my hubs and I didn't do the very same thing. We knew one week into our life together, that it would be forever. Yet, we didn't marry until three and a half years after. I digress. I'm sad that Edward has gone back into himself and what's worse is he knows it. Yet, still he's not opening up to Bella. It must be driving her crazy. She so understanding of him though so she's probably just waiting him out. Knowing he needs time to get his words together. I love that he's decided to stay there for Christmas with her family. That this will be their new tradition. It is good. We used to do the same thing. Thanksgiving with the hubs family and Christmas with mine. Then it morphed into the day after Thanksgiving with my family so we got two and Christmas Eve with his and morning with mine. It works very well. Jacob wanting to crash Christmas is ridiculous. I think there is something in them re-baptizing Abby to have Edward. That would get Jacob out for good. I hope that Angela heeds Bella's request and tells Jacob no.

Really? They think that if anything is wrong with their child, that it is Edward's fault? How? He got it handed down to him through genes somewhere in the family. Plus, Rosalie's side of the family has a much worse affliction, with Aspergers. For Emmett to stand there and say that it would all be Edward's fault, proves to Rosalie that she can do no wrong in his eyes. I'm so glad Bella pointed it out to Rosalie. I wonder if Emmett even knows about Riley? It was wonderful that the whole family stood up for Edward and Bella. Even at the expense of Emmett. He was way the fuck out of line and he needed to be brought down a few flights. So proud of Edward standing up to him and telling him he's not speaking to him again. If Rosalie only knew about the sex Bella and Edward have, she'd be jealous. Too bad she couldn't spit out that Jacob was sos small that Edward essentially took her virginity . . . so not the place an time for that though.

I just don't get why Emmett and Rosalie go out of their way to be little bitches. It's disturbing. I'm glad that Edward and Bella started talking about Christmas. Who knew that the Cullen's all went back to Chicago for Christmas. You would think, with Landon and now Blake, that they'd all stay home for it. Strange. I'm glad that Bella will have Angela and Abby there with her. I really like that Jenks feels Bella has a very good case. Good. Mike needs to go down for all this BS.

Good to know that once Billy and Jacob left, the rest of their weekend was a bunch of fun for everyone. I'm glad it was Bella that Emmett ran into at Edward's place, not Edward. Edward has a soft foot for Emmett that lans towards too soft, for how he has treated him his whole life. In my opinion anyway. I liked that Bella got the chance to tell him why she is oissed at him and Rosalie. Is it wrong of me to want Rosalie and Emmett to have a special needs baby, so they can realize how awful they are. Edward isn't even special needs, he's just overly shy and has OCD. He doesn't even have to extreme OCD, the one that makes people do something three times, because that is all their mind can handle. He's an extreme neat freak with OCD tendencies. I believe his relationship with Bella, along with owning Lincoln, are helping him huddle those tendencies. I'm glad that Bella realized the lawsuit wasn't just about her. She's just the one that has the ammunition to fight him. Helping any future teachers from this happening to them. And more importantly, for the students that are not getting proper coverage because the teachers are off in 'meetings' with Mike. It needs to stop.

Edward got his first and second blowie in one day! That's impressive. I am happy that Charlie didn't say no to Edward sleeping with Bella in her bed. Jacob is an idiot and I'm happy that, as petty as it is, she got to announce how small a dick he had to everyone. Perfect insult. Seth got to revel in that as well. I have a feeling that will get around now that Seth knows. Poor Charlie having to hear that about Bella. Poor Edward for having all those people around. Charlie and Edward both made it throughthe awkwardness together. Yay!

That was a really fun chapter. Lots of love and lovin'. I hadn't noticed that he only uses Baby, when she's upset. They are so sweet together.

Dinner and afterwards went really well. I'm happy for Edward and Jasper. It was cute that Bella never once put Blake down. Interesting that Edward is ahvingbthe same bad feeling that Bella was having. Hope the upcoming angst isn't too long, as I suck with angst.

Yay, she was offered the job. I'm glad she took the time to think about it. Sad for the reason she's being offered though. Poor Mr. Banner. She had that bad feeling, wonder what is going to happen in Forks. I hope it isn't something bad to Charlie. Jasper and Edward seemed less frozen with each other. That's really good. Wonder what's going on with Arosalie and Emmett.
