I'm betting Charlie had an in depth talk with Carlisle and Edward before
he allowed Edward to get on a plane.

The running and hiding and no communication drives me crazy.

Hopefully she's coming home.

He is still lying, he needs to tell her the truth. I'm sure he would never
realize on his own that Bella thinks she is not good enough.
I was so worried that they would be in an accident in the beginning of
this chapter. I'm really hoping an accident where Bella gets hurt isn't what
will bring this story to a head.

It wasn't like Edward was trying to sleep with her when she got there. He
just thought she would be the kind of friend Carlisle would want him to have.
I wouldn't label that as him using her, especially to her.

Yah! She won the part. I wish we got more of the details. Who were the other girls?
Did she recognize any of them? Did they recognize her? Did they watch each others
auditions?

Carlisle pretty much said that Edward isn't good enough for her.
Do the right thing? What is the right thing? Don't use Bella because
he couldn't possibly have real feelings for her?

I don't think Charlie is going to like that.

A dance partners shouldn't be acting like that if they aren't involved.
They shouldn't be involved when Bella has an attraction to someone
else, it isn't fair to Jacob.

Maybe Carlisle should make up his mind. Does he want Edward to be nice and
show Bella respect or does he want Edward to stay away from her?
You should never give up on a child.

Long chapter. Carlisle is an ass. I realize he has some cause but he is
an ass for not seeing that Edward has been better. How is Edward's future
ruined? I thought juvenile records are sealed.
