An interesting story. Thank you for sharing it. Tom not evil in the end, really the evil was Dumbledore, Ron, Molly and Fudge, though the latter three manipulated by the first. You even redeemed Draco in the end and cleared the way for Gabrielle and him to join as another set of bonded knights. Quite inventive.

a truly amazing story. the best Harry Potter fic I've read in some time. I am alittle sad with the bittersweet ending... but at least Lily and James are reunited and no actual Lily x Severus.

Did you rewrite some of the story?

Understand the need for drama but that whole pathetic attempt at the rape thing (no you pathetic, the two dolts) was unfortunately not to your earlier standards. While it makes perfect sense (nicely done) that the parchment was charmed to make Hermione do what she did. In no way did it make sense that she a) didn't once use her powers, b) didn't contact Harry after she was shoved in the stall (like when she punched one of them, and c) that Harry is so dense that only Hermione can hear his thoughts and know when he is happy, sad, and/or thinking but Harry doesn't at all (at least you haven't shown that it should be different).

Not saying that the whole attempt couldn't happen just that the way you chose was not to your regular snuff.

On a side note, Harry talks a good game but has been nothing but a wimp when it comes to actually doing anything concerning the two nitwits. Lots of shit talking but so far no one really has anything to be afraid of. Why is that?

So what made no sense is why Hermione isn't with him school shopping.

I know this is like 12 years old but Ron is in Slytherin house now according to the story, McGonnagall has had them line up by house in year order and suddenly Ron is making remarks about the other schools from by Harry and Hermione. Hermione who according to your story so far hates Ron then answers his question, saying you can't apparate in Hogwarts and she has told him that before.

Harry then "Remembered what Mr. Weasley said back at the campsite before the Quidditch World Cup"... Harry WAS IN CAMELOT and didn't go to the world Cup...
