| The Dark One Rising chapter 1 . 1/26
Why? Why did it have to end here?! *sob*
*recollected* Okay. Now that that's over, I have a few observations. Your Harrys are always so different. "Little Monster" Harry and "Unholy" Harry are polar opposites! Also, all of your ideas are so unique! Even though the necromancer angle has been done before, you made it different. Harry wasn't an evil necromancer in love with Voldemort, for once!
I praise your muse, o Lord of Divine Plots!

Wow awesome,is he some kind of lycan or just a random critter? love the original plot line! I can see a scuffle followed by harry living in the pipes like the basilisk and being a nuisance just popping up somewhere and causing mayhem as he follows hermione around the school? I kinda hope you'll add to the chapter you've already written!

I don't think Snape would actually hate Harry like he does in canon, since he doesn't look like his father. After all, it was his resemblance to James that set Snape off, and since the father is probably something from the Forbidden Forest then the only resemblance Snape will recognize is Lily. Also, Snape is smart enough to not provoke a wild animal in a room full of children.
Dumbledore's best bet is to let Harry live in the forest with Hagrid (B-but 'es jus' a misunderstood beasty - 'arry's a good lad an' wouldn't 'urt a fly!) and eat dark creatures, since leaving him around children will probably rack up too high of a body count. Well, either that or liberal use of calming draught and memory charms.

Would be interested to see how far you go with this. You know he doesn't have to stay in school long. He could stay in school and make the teachers miserable, or he could not go to class and simply hide and hang out with Hermione. There is also the possibility of creating a school out of your own imagination that is not Hogwarts.

We do NOT get enough Harry Mazoku...think you can continue this fanfiction? Its VERY good. (Besides,I can quickly see him picking up wandless magic...based on instinct learning(Like an arrancar instinctually learns techniques in bleach)...

Pfffft! Harry Potter getting expelled? Don't be ridiculous - Dumbledore would never ever let Harry out of his sight. Actually, I think it would be a lot of fun having Harry doing all those terrible things and Dumbledore exercising all his influence to keep Harry from getting chucked into Azkaban.
If that's your only problem, you really should continue this. Damn the fact that you left it as a oneshot 2 years ago - This is too good!
| ILB chapter 1 . 5/30/2013
Very good! Id absolutely love to read more.
"Your" Harry is very unusual but an interesting and coherent character.
What will be Harrys reaction to the sorting hat? To Dumbledore, Voldemort or any of the others (may it be people or events)?
I think you're right that it will be difficult to write it so that Harry will not be kicked out but still remains in character.
But it would be so worth the read...

I know it is kind of mean, but I laughed when Dudley got beat up. Hard.
THIS IS EFFING AMAZING!
I like how Harry defends Hermione :)))
| Covante chapter 1 . 4/18/2013
I think the most likely way it plays out is that Hermione has helped him learn some more guile than he had at 5 when he thrashed Dudley in front of a witness then left him there. Of course he hasn't learned morality from her or something naive and idealistic like that; rather he just doesn't like it when she catches him doing something she disapproves of so he doesn't let her catch him. Of course he's not sure why he puts so much extra effort into avoiding her disapproval, it's not like he cares what she thinks about him or anything stupid like that. She must just be more annoying than he'd realized. So he isn't going to launch public frontal attacks while in a temper anymore ( well maybe one more to hammer the lesson home) but will instead just take his satisfaction from the shadows. I think this path leads to a slow corruption of Hermione, she's not going to let qualms about ethics and morality get in the way of loyalty to her one true friend she's ever made. Especially if she watches him climb up a troll and rip it's throat out with his teeth for her. That's just not not the kind of display you can turn away from simply because you are a little uncomfortable or squeamish with a few things which aren't really all that big of a deal anyway. So you swallow a little of your own bile on occasion while helping him read some books that are kept behind a velvet rope, he's done much worse than that for you.
If he does make that big reckless attack though Dumbledore wouldn't relinquish control of him; he would chuck him in a padded cell and try to instill some order and discipline in the 'poor lad'. Though he'll probably have have to do a few obliviations and find some sort of feral creature to pin the death(s) on after Harry is discovered sitting on the ground next to the corpse of either Malfoy or Weasley and eating their heart. No way he makes it all the way to Friday for Potions with Snape. If he did manage that much restraint I think Snape could survive with a nice thourough maiming instead of dying and it's likely Harry is crippled in the fight and loses a limb/appendage/eye instead of falling to a stunner; this is Snape after all and he's not going to pull his punches when presented with this golden oppurtunity but he's competent enough to not die.
Dumbledore knows that Hermione is the only one he doesn't treat hostilely and after Harry completely fails to respond to lessons in civillity he arranges some sort of visitation agreement between them, like with the bullet proof glass and the phones at a prison just magical instead. Hermione sees how utterly miserable he is while trapped in there and it's not like she has anyone else in this place who cares about her. That awful Weasley boy insulted her to the point she was crying in the toilets all day and she was almost killed by a troll (Years of hanging out with feral!Harry taught her not to freeze in dangerous situations if you want to live) and she got a scolding for not being in her common room! The stupid backwards castle doesn't even have a PA system! How was she suppposed to know? Shouldn't the prefect have counted the students before leaving? Why didn't Lavender or Parvati say something? Why didn't they lock themselves in the Great Hall? Aren't the Slytherin and Hufflepuff dungeons in the direction the troll was supposed to be in? She probably shouldn't have said all those things to McGonagall, it just got her an even worse scolding for backtalk and a series of detentions. And Weasley, who's fault it was in the first place, didn't so much as have a discouragaing word sent in his direction while she was ostracized even worse because she lost points when 'backtalking' McGonagall, nevermind it was FAR fewer points than she had earned in class.
So Harry is in prison at the school, Hermione is friendless and completely disenchanted with the world and eventually Hermione figures out a way to break Harry out of his cell. She no longer has any reason to believe he was joking about eating people but, "Hey we all have our quirks right? Besides he was asking for it."
I'm not sure how long it should take her, maybe at the same time Quirrel succeeds in getting the stone and killing Dumbledore. No one is going to bother tracking down some muggleborn girl who left after her first year especially if she emmigrated somerwhere. I think it's quite clear there would be a stowaway on the boat as well and no one but Voldemort knows about the prophecy and he decides he doesn't really want to tempt fate and initiate another conflict with that demon baby and leaves well enough alone.
Or maybe Hermione doesn't manage to pull it off until later on in her schooling and has become much more jaded and bitter with more sinister ideals about just what the wizarding world is deserving of and she fully intends to deliver it to them instead of just running away to Melbourne or Toronto like she would have done back when she was just a scared and frustrated little 1st year. She's also been sneaking into the restricted section for the last several years and studying the more 'Esoteric Magickes' (what some people, simpletons and cowards that they are, would label dark magic) and now we see the Rise of the Dark Lady Hermione and her Demonic consort. Did she slay Dumbledore and take the Deathstick? Could she have made a trip to the 3rd floor corridor and pre-emptively acquired old Nic's stone herself back in her first year and so her reign will be truly eternal? Will she leave Voldemort's shade immortal and keep it in a cage of agony for her own amusement?
