| TrapperII chapter 1 . 4/7/2012
Fabulous. I love Mal/Inara, but you write all of the characters really well, so I enjoy all of the interactions.
| RionaEire chapter 1 . 10/4/2011
Interesting annalysis of how the pain one member of a couple goes through is also experienced, though differently, by the other, evidenced by Mal's "maybe gettin shot is the easier job".
| BurchGirl chapter 1 . 9/14/2011
I love your stories. Seems like no one writes Mal & Inara much any more. Looking forward to more yummy goodness.
| LoTS-Fanatic chapter 1 . 9/11/2011

Completely captured Mal, Zoe and Inara, for me, waiting can be harder than knowing.
Mal and Inara are so rare these days, thanks for posting.
| Bytemite chapter 1 . 9/8/2011
I was just talking with a friend of mine about the possibility that Zoe might leave her daughter with Inara while out on Jobs with Mal and as an escape plan.
Also, Grace seems to be becoming a popular name for Zoe's little girl. I like it quite a bit myself. :)
A little sad, bittersweet, like Zoe says.

Loved it! You capture well the difficulty of the job for those who wait. "Sometimes getting shot at is the easier job." I like your characterizations.
