No one ever mention's harlocks parents not the tv shows and only a few fanfictions ever wonder what this could mean

Impressive. Harlock is such a complex character, and you did a great jog writing his feelings. As you say, melancholic and hopeful. Living with ghosts but fighting for a better future. Beautiful poem.
