I'm enjoying this so far; everyone feels in character and the slice of life is relaxing. That said, why in the *world* would Dresden swear on his power to not use magic without the permission of one specific person? That felt wildly out of character and purely so you could force a set of plot challenges. All he had to say was "Sorry, I'll be more careful" and no one would have batted an eye.

Wrapping up on a positive note, I'm curious where you're going with this new element. It's been a while since I watched MLP but was teleportation a common ability? I didn't remember it being so, which suggests that their stalker was someone powerful.

It's been 3 or 4 years since I last read this story. I've now reread this story for maybe the 3rd or 4th time.

I can conclusively say. This story is very good. You capture the characters perfectly. The plot is fun and punchy.

I honestly treat this as canon to The Dresden Files.

Also, it should be On To (two separate words) instead of onto.

You cannot win against a player who goes first and doesn't make any mistakes. You can actually fit all board positions and their optimal moves on a single sheet of paper.
To consistently lose at tic-tac-toe if you go first, you have to be either not trying to win, or mentally challenged.
