Wow...that was amazing. You got the tension and depth of emotion so perfectly and painfully it brought me to tears. And that shocking twist at the very absolute end... Even though I'm reading this years after TRF I can appreciate how shocking your conclusion would have been to the reader pre-TRF! Well executed! (Pardon the tasteless pun..). I'm really enjoying your stories and writing. You have an excellent grasp of the characters and a flair for writing humour and suspense, two things I enjoyed so much in the BBC series! Boy I wish they'd give us more! Thank you for your excellent and highly entertaining stories :) You are keeping the love alive for us fans!

These were good. Laughed a lot. Yeah, Sherlock did a good thing, a really good thing, but he still could've worked it out to bring John along. That's my problem with it.

I have to disagree; Sherlock deserved a punch in the head for the WAY he came back, and he ought to have gotten another for being such a jerk in the train car. But no grudges should be held afterwards. S4, utter pile of trash that it was, really messed that up. Such a ridiculous train wreck of plot chasms and emotional swamps. If they can't get back to good mysteries I really hope they don't make more. The first two seasons are great but it started falling apart after that. I wonder if you have a similar opinion, and that is why there is nothing beyond S2 here.

I was struggling to keep my face straight and not let out any muffled snorts of laughter while reading this - for the third time - because THAT would definitely result in not-so-favorable consequences of having to deal with my mom shooting me concerned looks, probably wondering about my mental health.
