| Raksha The Demon chapter 4 . 11/14/2011
A lovely ending to a fine story. You write the Gandalf/Faramir relationship quite well. And the last lines are great!
| Raksha The Demon chapter 3 . 11/14/2011
This is an unusual and excellent interpretation of Faramir's viewpoint of Aragorn's finding him. I love Faramir's concern for Gondor's degradation and her king's being forced into exile - it rings very true to Faramir's character. There's also a nice interweaving of reality and Faramir's altered state; in that he can't find his father and Aragorn knows why.

Dear Itarille1: I first read this story at the Teitho site-congratulations on placing First! It is an excellent story. Your characterization is well-written, the descriptions are good, and the dialogue is very good indeed. My favorite parts are when Faramir first meets Aragorn in the former's dream, and recognizes Aragorn's kingly qualities; the conversation between Faramir and Gandalf in the final chapter; and the line that concludes the story; "Unlike the Elves, Men would simply build another [city.]" Just beautiful! Thank you for writing and posting this story. Sincerely, Darkover
