| Mamoro chapter 1 . 11/7/2016
Oh, how perfect. I that after a person has a major heartbreak there is always that first moment when you see the light at the end of tunnel, far off but still there. This is supremely relateable and just very nice.

Short, but sweet. I like it. :)

| caseyedith chapter 1 . 2/23/2012
This is good. Really good. I liked the length, and the descriptions. Kenshin's reaction to the child's smile-more specifically, how it woke him up a little bit from his depression-was perfect. Just like him. It reminded me of how he responds to Tsubame in Rakuninmura. And I liked how you described his appearance here too. It was too accurate, and made the woman's change in perception of killer to kind man very clear and easy to relate to. I really, really like that :).
Awesome writing! I believe I've read a few of your other stories, and you're really great!

Remember the hope for the future in that little boy's smile, Kenshin.

Nice. Is this while still during the revolution or after he began wandering.
In any case, it's nice.
