ok this is just a guess so not a spoiler or anything, but this is what I think will happen:
Draco will go to hogwarts and will either be stopped by force or persuasion from killing Dumbledore OR he will kill him, and regret it immediately afterwards. either way, his child body will be killed/seem like it is killed one way or another, and his true mind will take up his desired Fox or Draco/Neenie appearance. Luna will go through with her plan and she'll kill Lucy, and the grave in the vision will have been erected to house draco's child body because Lucy thinks Draco is truly dead.

kind of vague, but thats as much as i could narrow it down, as it is an Anne story.
