Hm random thought... what if Bella just redid that time travel spell on Hermione again? This way Hermione can go back, explain things to younger Bella, etc. If anything, if Hermione just kept going back with current Bella repeating the spell, her and Bella could grow up together (stopping around the time Hermione is born, since it’d be weird to have 2 Hermiones running around, so there’d need to be a 17yr separation between them. But, this separation period wouldn’t have too significant consequences on Bella since around that whole time Voldemort is mostly weakened/in the process of rising, so if Bella hadn’t become a death eater the first time he rose because of Hermione, it’s unlikely that she would join him when he “returned”) And, since Hermione would age with Bella in the earlier time, Hermione of the present time would return to Bella older so there’d be less of an age gap, and current Bella would have gained happy memories of their relationship in the process, forgot some of the trauma, etc. This way Bella could get the support she needed at her most vulnerable late teen/20s years and wouldn’t sway towards Voldemort and end up in Azkaban.

As you can tell I think about this amazing story a lot hahaha. Thanks so much for writing this- currently at chapter 47, and excited to see how things are going to end!

Ahhh just finished chapter 33... I’d sworn to myself that this would be be the last one I read tonight but man, that cliffhanger is brutal. I’m so shookk; what’s bella going to do with hermione gone? They’re so perfect together and she’s made so much progress. I’d almost forgotten the centaur’s warning about needing to return what bella borrowed but now we have ittt ahhhhh. I’m going to force myself to go to sleep and pick back up tomorrow, but just gotta tell you that this is an amazing, incredibleee story. Like wow. You are so talented as a writer- I love all the characters from hermiones timeline that you’re mixing in, the complexities of Bella’s family/mind, Voldemort, just everything. And now that the whole timeline issue is developing, like yess I am so here for it. Thank you so much for creating this masterpiece.
