I didn't think I was religious but the antiBiblical bits of this chapter had me up in arms...

Ignoring the blasphemous bits at the end (lol), the first part of the chapter with the duel was amazing! I absolutely loved Ron and Harry's reactions to finding out that Snape created that spell.

First half of this chapter was one of the best scenes in this fic so far.

I know I should end on a positive note but the convo in the second half between Hermione and Severus seems waaaaaaaaaaay too unnatural.

Me no likey. Ofc it doesn't matter what I like or dislike but still ;)

I have no problem at all w/ age gaps btw, in fact I prefer them to the standard of same age in relationships. The only problem here is that the portrayal of their relationship is extremely icky.

Coming from someone whose all time favorite HP ship is Tomione with Lumione following a bit after, I don't think I can get behind the Snapemione ship. God even the ship name sounds gross.

Snape is one of my favorite male characters while Hermione IS my favorite female character (besides Luna who is best girl btw), but I just can't see the two together in this fic.

Maybe in another story they'd work, but just not this one..

Umm so this whole thing with Hermione liking Snape came out of nowhere. She definitely wasn't trying to "get him to see her as an adult" at the Christmas party. What the hell is this retconning..

Also I'm 100% with you Harry. I definitely want to throw up now..

Ok so that conversation with Lucius . Easily the best part of this fic so far.

Your insight into the Malfoy's characters are amazing. At the end of the day, the Malfoy's are loyal to themselves alone. Lucius craves power and prestige yes, but he wouldn't want to sacrifice his family for that. That's the reason he's different from others like Bellatrix who refused to denounce Voldemort during the first defeat.

I first read this back in... 2012? 2013? Not long after you finished it, i think. Somewhere around there. This is still one of my absolute favourite fics. It was one of the first ss/hg fics I ever read, and part of what even got me into the ship. I love love love the way you wrote... Honestly everyone. Your characterisation is great. No one feels ooc.
(Even the irrational dumbledore still feels like Dumbledore, you know what i mean? He's still him, but with the curse he comes across as a dumbledore... Suffering with dementia is actually how it feels most like, to me. Reminds me of my grandparents after theirs progressed to a certain point. It's very well written, and i assume that's what you were going for.)

I like how you handled harry and his anger problem. He has a temper, and i think the lesson you gave him - what happens if you let your anger take you to extremes - is one he needed to learn. (I also think it's something that canon!harry missed out on learning, which is a shame bc I really think he needed it.)
Same with Ron and his temper and inferiority complex. It was really well handled, something that i wish was addressed in canon, and i really liked seeing the character growth as he tried ti learn to manage it.
Ok honestly i could gush about all their character arcs and growth and and and forever. The way snape and Hermione slowly became tolerated acquantainces, then friends, then lovers. The difference having a more qualified adult and slytherin perspective for the horcrux hunt and how that played out.
I love this. I love this so much.

What a story, absolutely amazing, enjoyed it, loved it, undoubtedly best Snamione fic ever , everything was perfect-storyline, the way it was written, characters portrayal, smut content everything was mind-blowing, I Just have one little complaint that Severus' physical appearance was described and mentioned again and again as ugly, scrawny, too thin, I mean I understand JK Rowling has described Severus Snape as not so attractive but when we talk about Severus Snape,the image comes in our mind is of Alan Rickman and Alan was damn sexy and gorgeous and word "ugly" and Alan Rickman can't come together... Apart from this everything was perfect and wonderful, this story will have a special place in my heart Always... Kudos to Author for this masterpiece ️

That was truly amazing, best way to end a war truly in a Slytherin way, but I'm a bit confused who actually killed Voldemort? Severus or Harry? Or both? ... I wish Severus gets enough credit for all this , for killing Dark Lord and his years of sacrifices and pain

This story is so good , so wonderful,,loving it so much, I'm just glued to it and now when we are almost at end I dont want this amazing story to end , it would feel like end of a saga, undoubtedly this is the best Snamione fic ever

I've reread this at least four times and it's always 100% worth the reread. Definitely my favorite work for this pairing. 3
