This is great!
It shows us that even a cheerful and innocent person like Feliciano can have a dark side. And how Italy treats him really sends chill down my spine.
The way you describe the atmosphere is really good that I can picture it very well in my mind.
I also love how you make them in characters, but with the sides that was never exposed, the sides that is so human.
Feliciano is sweet and happy as he is, but he's also bitter and hateful toward Italy.
Romano is still loud-mouth and rude as ever, but he also shows his love for his brother with his own way.
It's just like human, to have both dark sides and light sides. :)
And the scene with young Italies is really unexpected. I really didn't see it coming, where Feliciano became so angry and attacked Romano.
I didn't even know if that scene truly happened, or it's just Italy tried to mess Feliciano's mind. It is really well-written.
And the sentence "You want to make sure he stays dead this time" really strikes a final blow.
And in the end, when they (and I) thought that they finally got peace, the shadow of Italy just kinda ruined it all (I was like "omygod omygod!" *horror face*). But I really like it. At least Feliciano is safe as long as they're together.
Will there be a sequel or continuation of this? :)

This is really cool! I like how dark it was and then how sweet Romano seemed to Italy afterwards.
