| Guest chapter 1 . 3/12
If only he was this responsible when Quinn was pregnant. That could have kept a lot of heartache away for both of them. Especially for Quinn. Giving up a child is not easy. Quinn had it tough. Quinn gets the blame but for me Puck, their parents are the ones that made her take this decision.

The interesting thing about the writers going with this storyline is that according to Ohio state adoption laws, biological parents have one year from the legal adoption date to change their minds and retake custody of their child, and that after a child is placed with the adoptive parents there is usually a several month "trial" period before the court officially approves the adoption, so technically Quinn does have the legal standing to get custody of Beth, although I doubt the writers will have her go through with it.
