|Reviews for Lisbon and Jane: Fifty Things|
| SavFFLover chapter 51 . 1/15
OMG OMG OMG! I never even found teresaxpatrick stories before yours. You've opened up a whole new world for me! To be honest i havent read them all yet but for the ones i have read were so great and real! They were fluffy at the right times and more trust based at the right times so it was realistic. Great work :). You are a really great writer and this was such a good idea. Btw i love this show 3
| Angelus Draco chapter 51 . 1/8
I loved them all. Really made me laugh, cry - the whole shebang.
| All-I-need chapter 51 . 1/4
Ah, I finally got a chance to read this and I must admit I'm sad to see this 50 things thing end. It's been an awesome ride and I will miss it a lot. Then again, I can always come back and re-read it all ;-)
Thank you for this beautiful ending and all the 50 Things!

I've really enjoyed this story! I think the ending was very sweet. Great job!

Awwwww...it's called love, Jane, and even *you* can't control when it hits! You can fight it, avoid it, deny it, laugh it away, but even you are susceptible.
loved this. not the her-getting-shot part, his reaction to it. And his reaction to his reaction. I also love the idea of Jane picking up her gun and taking out the bad guy *himself*! Trying to picture that...
-Jane's rationale had been in question for just about as long as he'd known the brunette CBI agent.
-She was still alive, thank god, and giving their shooter what for with her little Sig Sauer.
-He couldn't understand why she evoked such primal urges in him...all went out the window when Lisbon was in danger. :)
- a deeper instinct awakened, an instinct that Jane had no control over, turning him into something else that he didn't understand.:)
- If need be, he'd sell his soul to the devil to save her.:):)
-That's what terrified him. Not just losing Lisbon, but the consequences of losing her. He'd never recover.
I really like the "argument" he has with himself and she keeps "interrupting" him.

this is funny, watching Jane groveling! but I'm a bit confused, at the end of this ep, and in your previous "Tears", Lisbon is very sympathetic towards Jane, feeling bad for him that she has to force him to remember. In this one, he goes crawling to her after the same events. Why has she been crying? and why is she so hateful? when a minute ago she was so kind and helping him?
I do like how contrite he feels when he sees "his Lisbon" had been crying. Love it when he calls her/thinks of her that way:D!

oh, this scene just killed me:(. good tag:), good description of Jane's "return"
| et voila 1312 chapter 11 . 8/25/2013
I'm working my way through all these, not in any order.
Loving Jane with the little kids, that little girl. He *is* good with children; the baby in the car in "Thin Red Line", the baby in "Red Bulls", little Ashley Tea-party...I can totally see how a woman in a long sparkly dress with hem ruffles would look like a mermaid! Nothing unreasonable about that!
What i *really* loved here, however, was how you showed Wainwright. I think I disliked that man, excuse me, *boy-faced* man, from his first episode! How Lisbon managed not to slug him sometimes... And you showed him perfectly here; boy-faced, him wanting to use Jane's guilt as a tool, she should have said that out loud "You'd better never let him here you say that! If you know what's good for you.", his outright dismissal of off-the-wall theories, shit-eating grin is right, him not wanting to anger anyone marginally important that might make them look bad...
I really hated him when he started working behind Lisbon's back with Darcy; giving her the RJ files, not telling anyone, and his sharp tone when Lisbon came into his office "That'll will be all, delivery person", "Did you have an appointment with me?", "Next time, if you have something to discuss." And she just apologizes and walks out! I'd've had her say "Excuse me? Boss or no boss, you don't take that tone with me, you pasty-face, wet-eared, little boy trying to fit into Daddy's clothes! My little brother is older than you!"
Jane had the right idea when he called him a Mama's boy! (even if that whole scene was an act on Jane's part)
I love your little story "slices":)

I really enjoyed this! I loved the metaphors and the over all chess theme.
| All-I-need chapter 50 . 8/22/2013
Oh god, I love the chess comparison in this!
Of course Lisbon could never be nothing but a pawn in his game. She is far too good for that and whatever Jane may think of himself, he is too good a person to use her and then throw her away. He just can't do it and that makes all the difference.
Looking forward to the next chapter already. I can't believe it will be the last one.
| make-mine-a-kiaora chapter 49 . 8/22/2013
So sad but so in character. An insightful look into Jane and her relationship with him from 's POV
| Milarqui chapter 46 . 8/22/2013
Y'know, thirteen weeks is three months, approximately, so maybe you should think to change it.
Suggestion: Say it's ten years, eleven months, thirteen days and twenty hours. It fits better, and makes it even more accurate, funny and romantic.
BTW, I love the image. Chibi Lisbon and Jane are really cute!
| Rosepeony chapter 50 . 8/22/2013
This is such a very well written piece and maybe you're right in your portrayal of Jane's character, but I must admit it made me very sad that you see him as so unremittingly dark and soulless ... or perhaps I'm just a little bit in love with him!
| Guest chapter 30 . 8/22/2013
'tough to write' - yes but you have succeeded very well. I really like this
| Ilovetea chapter 50 . 8/22/2013
I love your 50 things! I am always happy to find a new one.
Did you already plan a new story or series after this one will be finished? I hope so :-)))
