|Reviews for A Spy in the City|
| Murazor chapter 1 . 1/24/2012
It is pretty much a retelling of the second book with really little in the way of original content (and it misses a big opportunity by offering no explanation of how Fritz learned the things he did, despite his difficult circumstances under his evil Master), but it is largely well written and the portrayal of the character fits well with the canon.
Overall, quite decent, but it could have been outstanding.
| slytherinsal chapter 1 . 10/23/2011
Excellently chilling! And a triumph of will over anthing else, very well written, kept me on the edge of my seat throughout.
| Woodcrafter chapter 1 . 10/23/2011
Fritz needed to have the story of his adventures in the city told. Thank you for doing so. It's an enjoyable read too.
I like the background you have developed for Fritz; it makes sense of his subsequent sacrifice. You described the hellish environment of the City well and how Fritz coped with his sadistic Master. This story fits seamlessly into canon; it's well written and exciting.
