|Reviews for The End Is Near|
| jodm chapter 1 . 10/28/2011
You have packed a lot of emotion into 100 words: anxiety, relief, hope. Love it!
| Sgt. Moffitt chapter 1 . 10/28/2011
I very much enjoyed this brief yet telling look at Karl's feelings as the war draws to an end. How very appropriate, your description of Stalag 13 as a "bubble of relative peace"!
I hope this is leading to a story...I would love to read it.
| OfficerDonNZ chapter 1 . 10/26/2011
This is something that isn't covered too much in fiction, the end of Stalag 13. Quite liked this. Though it would be good to see a full leangth fic.
Just how would Klink, Shulitz and Langenscheidt react to Shermans or Cromwells rolling up to the front gates :) And how would Hogan an co keep them safe?
| El Gringo Loco chapter 1 . 10/26/2011
Another brief glance into the soul of Karl Langensheidt. This would have to be a difficult moment for any one, soldier or not. Yet somehow the image/moment portrayed feels very real. And I thank the author for sharing it with us.
| Marie1964 chapter 1 . 10/25/2011
It amazes me how much you can write in only one hundred words- very economical, but really gets at the heart of the moment.
