You have an interesting concept here, but I think you should mark it a crossover with Sue Grafton/misc. books, wherever you might find them, because copying the text of the published book is illegal.
If you take all the bold out-except for maybe a clearly marked line or two-but as is it counts as plagiarism. People on this site do take intellectual rights very seriously because it's an important part of how fan fiction is allowed by anyone. I'm sure this story has already been reported, and I feel morally obligated to say if the copied text isn't removed I'll report it to. I don't want to, but this issue is important to me.
Like I said, this is an interesting concept and could work well-for instance, to introduce NCIS viewers to Sue Grafton's work. But that's only going to be possible if it isn't a copy/paste of the book. I wish you luck on your rewrite and other stories.
