| mille libri chapter 1 . 11/6/2011
Finally getting a chance to start this one after a chaotic couple of weeks! I liked the beginning - it's good to see a younger Corin, one who's not quite so sure of himself but still willing to take a step forward when necessary, and to get a glimpse of the Couslands in happier times. Looking forward to catching up the rest of the way.

Interesting take on why there aren't many horses (at least none to use) in Dragon Age. Heh, perhaps Loghain had them all rounded up for being "terribly Orlesian" animals.
Anyway superb work as always. I really enjoy your Dragon Age stories. Keep at it.

Interesting story. I was wondering myself why there are no horses in Ferelden. It would be fun.
Maybe they will add horses in DAIII.

I'm really enjoying your 'Corin Cousland' stories! I found myself wanting to find out how he does on the circuit, and seeing if anything came of the Orlesian interest in Corin- though I assume this is more of a prequel piece to 'Corin'. Still, it was very enjoyable- thank you for writing it!

A real good companion piece to Corin. It would have been really interesting if Corin had gotten to play chess with the Queen.
