Great story! :-D

I absolutely adore Sam in this. I love how he's so unsure and worried, and trying to hide under a veneer of anger, that he's shattered that his actions got his brother hurt. It's perfect. I love Dean, too, and how even hurt and drugged up he's trying to look after Sam and make things better. The relationship you build between the two of them is just... beautiful. There's so much going on just between the surface that you manage to draw out with a small comment or a few words, and it makes this story incredibly rich.

I just sat and read a large portion of your fics and I have to say that I am impressed. I love your writing style and the was you incorporate the discipline into the story instead of just writing the story to describe the discipline. I don't know which one is my fav, but this one has to be at the top. Please continue to write more. I could read your stories all day.
| Phoenyx-Fyre-Writer chapter 1 . 9/26/2012
I love this one. I have to admit, pissy teenage Sammy is one of those things I have a personal affection for. It makes me laugh so much. I loved that Dean had been following Sam the whole time and the swan dive off the cliff was just the guilt trip Sammy needed. I loved the trip to the woodshed thing, that'll be one of those things Sammy can look back on in time and hopefully laugh about. I do like how despite getting his ass well and truly kicked Dean looks back on the impala stealing event with fondness. Might have something to do with the loss of the V-card and it's been three years, but yeap Sammy finally has one up on Dean and he probably really wishes he didn't.
I'd always imagined John as losing his shit when his kids got hurt, but I like this side as well, the side that held it all together despite the fact it was his kid. I reckon his head was a bit of a mess though, at least until he'd worked out that Dean was mostly ok just banged up and sore.
I loved the conversation between Dean and Sammy at the end, and then John coming in and repeating what they had said. Must suck to know your father had been listening to you wondering what the big message or lesson learnt was.
Anyway's great story, now onto the next one.

Post-spanking comfort from John Winchester and a great ending!
| Itsmecoon chapter 1 . 3/11/2012
Another great story! Loved the woodshed touch that was great. Sam and Dad are so much alike that they clash. Laughed hard at the scale of 1 to 10. Thank you for your stories, so glad I found them!

This is a great story, probably my favorite one of yours yet! I like now long is it because you really set up the entire situation and once again, your characterization is excellent. Sam seems exactly like the type of teenager that would huff and grumble all day, but the way you made his training kick-in really speaks volumes for his lifestyle, priorities, and how much he cares about his brother. Also really good is the way that John handles Dean being hurt, sort of joking and trying to make light of the situation! Excellent :)
| Cornish Rhapsody chapter 1 . 10/31/2011
Naughty Sammy definitely got what was coming to him here! I really liked the fact that John reinforced that he was getting spanked for disobeying the order and not because Dean got hurt. The boys rating the spankings really amused me!
Adored the ending where John praised Sam for remembering his training.
A fantastic story!
