It was confusing initially. The setting, I mean. You make it sound like World War 2 is happening, yet the mention of Sailor Moon makes it feel like it's in the present time. And yet, Rick says 'I should've joined the war efforts' or something like that somewhere toward the end. Could this war be referring to World War 2 or the war against terrorism.

Next I would like to point is the character of Elizabeth. I mean there's nothing wrong. Just that I would like to know why you picked a German to be Rainbow Dash P. And I was expecting Rainbow Dash to speak German. Really!

Anyway, your story seems to be very long. But after finding out that it seems to be a one-shot, damn, I feel like it's incomplete. Are you going to update it :)? I just don't know. You left a cliffhanger. At the same time, you wrote 'the end'. Sure it was slow at the start, but the story picked up soon after. I recommend that you continue this, and I will guarantee you, this fanfic will be 20% cooler B).
