Very nice. I like seeing my nation being all naughty teddybear-like.
Just one word, for accuracy - tunnbröd isn't a soft bread. It was baked hard to be able to survive the long winters so it isn't soft unless it's wet, and then it's just soggy. :) There is a variant of soft tunnbröd though, just write "mjukt tunnbröd" then, alternately njalla - these are rolled or wrapped when eaten, for convenience sake, they're very hard to hold otherwise.
