So Alec and Jane helped Aro when they were still humans. Poor Bella, knowing she is the reasons her parents were killed.

And Bella is a “pure” werewolf, born from two born wolves.
Must be other wolves still out there, in hiding.

Three days feels not so long for what Bella went thru!
And I also believe Alice stoped her to save her, Bella was very badly beaten up and nowhere near healed.
