And I just loved the ending.

Wonderful, light and funny yet also a good story, and the final line made me laugh out loud.

This has to be, absolutely, one of *the* best Harry Potter fanfics I have ever read! I was riveted to the story, and couldn't put it down until I had completed it. It's been a very long time since I've seen a work this original and well written. Thank you so much for writing and posting it!

You know, I've seen this story recommended by several different people in different places, and I kept putting off reading it... well, today we're snowbound and I decided to take the time, and am I ever glad I did! It's funny and charming and well-written and both Snape and Harry are so in character that it's a real delight to read. Thanks so much for posting it. I really, really enjoyed it. :-)

I just wanted you to know that I laughed delightedly numerous times while reading this, and it's certainly made my night. Ah man, what wonderful, perfect characterization of Snape, and you accomplished, also, what I think a very hard thing to do: you made Harry funny by just letting him be himself. He didn't have to turn pathetic or all-wonderful. Brava!

I thought the whole thing was well-written, canonical and fun to the end, with just the right amount of drama thrown in to give it a JK Rowling feel, you know? I'm sure you do, seeing as you wrote it so knowingly, it seems. Wonderful.

That was the most delightful Harry Potter story I've read in years, literally! Lovely, lovely characterizations of Snape, Harry, and Dumbledore. Excellent job of letting Harry gain a little respect for the man without softening his (Snape's) attitude in the slightest. He's not a nice man, but he's a good one. Thank you!

SKITTLES! What a great idea. The whole thing is great. Well-written, funny as heck, cute... I would *love* to see what happens next, with a Snape free to dispense punishment equally, heh. :D

Excellent job. I can't think of any criticisms to make besides a misplaced quotation mark at a point I can't remember now. It read like Rowling, which is quite an accomplishment! The "Skittles" was very clever (and very JKR,) the characters were portrayed as they really are (so rare for fanfiction.) Brilliant work, and two thumbs up :)
