Soo much love for Esposito and Ryan in this. Also it's really nice to see a little bit of the background before "Deep in Death" starts, about the messages he left her and Montgomery warning her about the Cosmo shoot.

I don't know if you take requests but I'm wondering if you could possibly write a "fix-it" of sorts for "Nikki Heat" because, as awesome (and hilarious) as that ep is, I really think that after seeing Natalie Rhodes kiss Castle in the elevator, Beckett needs to grab Castle and make sure he knows that he's hers. (And if Josh could conveniently not exist, that would be great.)

I am (somewhat) obsessed with this fic. And thank you thank you thank you for writing this little scene. "Overkill" is one of my absolute least favorite of Castle eps; I can't really stand to watch it at all just for the sake of this last scene in particular. Reading this made that scene bother me a little bit less.

I liked how you had Kate initiate the kiss here despite how she felt about Castle at the time.

The way you had Castle apologize to Kate was good too because Espo made him see the error of his ways.
