This is really cute, I like these kinds of stories. The only thing I would say is, Muggle technology doesn't work in Hogwarts, but Harry knew how to work the TV, so you might need to explain that somehow. Otherwise, I think your story is great.

Mind-blown that this story took 10 years—I wasn’t even reading fanfics back in 2011 (so I haven’t been with you since the start). Also, I find it strangely satisfying that you started the story in Nov and ended it in Nov, even if there were 10 years between those dates. xD Lovely story; I love the dynamics between HP&HG, the toddlers, and the proper re-aged characters. I was so excited by your choice of pairing, and the epilogue was a nice close to a story that seemed forgotten.
