Great story please update when you can

I’m not sure if you’ll ever come back to this story, but it is excellent. Heartbreaking and beautiful and it makes you feel for both Kurt for what he’s been through and how him just being there also is helping Burt as well.

I went back to after a few years and reread some fics. Its been 9 years since this was updated and i cried again in some of the chapters.

Is there a chance that this fic will be finished?

I have read Goodnight several times I keep hoping you will finish it someday. You left off just as Kurt was going to have his first Christmas, I do keep hoping you will finish this story someday. I know you are probably done with the glee stories about Kurt but those and criminal minds are the only stories I read.

For everyone who is as sad as I am about this story being abandoned,
On Christmas day Burt proposed to Carole at the park with the boys right by their sides. He had bought the ring a few weeks ago and after reading Finn's letter it seemed like the perfect time. About a month later Kurt's bio mom was found dead from a drug overdose. Kurt had no other blood-related relatives so he had been approved for adoption. Two months later sitting in the courthouse on his daddy's lap, it was official. Kurt was Burt's Legal child.
Kurt got better as time went on. He still got nightmares sometimes but the bedwetting had stopped. He continued therapy as well.
Burt and Carole were married the following spring. Burt legally adopted Finn and Carole did the same for Kurt. they were now one happy family.
Kurt and Blaine were still best friends. Kurt came out to Blaine first in seventh grade. Blaine came out a few months later. Burt and Carole were so supportive of the boys.
freshman year Finn,Kurt, and Blaine joined the newest club called glee club that had just been made by the Spanish teacher .
In sophomore year Blaine confessed his feelings for Kurt and they started dating. Finn had asked out Rachel Berry last summer and they were dating as well.
Eventually, the kids went off to college. Finn ended up playing football at Ohio state. Blaine was at NYU. Kurt and Rachel were at NYADA. it was tough sometimes but both couples made it work.
Finchel got married soon after they graduated. Klaine got married about a year and a half later.
Finn worked as a teacher, Kurt and Rachel both had pretty successful Broadway careers. Blaine became a well-known writer, writing many songs for famous pop artists.
In the end, everyone lived happily ever after

this is what I imagined the rest of the story would be like (sorry I kinda left lucy out of this but Finchel is endgame.)

I have no idea if you will even get this after seven long years, but I just wanted to let you know this fic still HAUNTS ME. God, so much pain. I don't think I've ever read anything that's made me cry like this. I'm glad you left it off at some sort of happy place, even if I'll always wonder what happens next. I particularly love how adorable Blaine and Kurt are together, but Burt Hummel steals my heart in this one.

Hey what ever happened to this story it's been awhile.

Omg. This chapter. When Kurt met the baby, out loud I said,don’t get attached.” And even knowing from Goonight Mister Tom what was going to happen, I was still bawling this entire chapter! But happy-sad tears when Kurt said hi to Sammy And when Burt called himself Daddy!

Ovaries exploding is the perfect way to describe my feelings (and also TMI, my state of being b/c Aunt Flo is visiting). I actually CRIED at little Blaine reading to baby Kurt. Omg, and then when he explained bday wishes! Ahhhh!

I have to say. That I'm just reading this story. And I love it. And I just realized I know what book you're basing this story off. It's goodnight mister Tom isn't it. I loved it.
