I'm glad Bella found a way to interact with her father and that Edward got to see Charlie in a better light. It's good that she's preparing herself for the inevitable and was able to take comfort in her husband.

Aw, poor Emma being alone and out in the cold. It's good that Bella knows those grounds as well as she does, but with the temperature dropping, I hope they are found soon.

So many good things happened in this chapter.

First, I was relieved to see that Jasper was able to get proof that Mr. Swan was swindled out of the money to pay the household expenses. Now, they just need to find the culprit. Awe-some!

Secondly, I'm glad Tanya's treachery was revealed and that her parents and Rosalie now know the truth. She seemed quite desperate to secure Edward. She is from a family of good standing and this doesn't seem like a crush. It makes you wonder why.

It was so great to see Bella so determined and confident when she assumed her place by her husband and banished Tanya from their home. Now that Rosalie has seen through her cousin's lies, I look forward to her apology to Bella for her rudeness.

Finally, I almost thought Bella forgot about her dear old dad. It's good that she will be visiting him today with her husband. I liked that they stopped by Mr. Banner's store, so Bella could properly thank him for keeping her cherished items. It was fun to see Mr. Banner and Edward double team snooty Mrs. Mallory and defend Bella's honor.

Enjoying this already

I was disappointed that Bella couldn't find a better way of addressing her concerns with Edward about Tanya instead of blurting out that accusation because it showed so little faith in her husband right after he announced their union and explained his relationship with Tanya to her. He didn't deserve that.

I'm glad Edward chose to stay focused on reassuring his wife and enjoying their night together instead of dealing with Tanya right then. Great love scene by the way.

I read some of your other fics first and now have finished this one. You are such a joy to read. Please keep writing.

It was beautiful to see Edward so entranced by his bride and ready to stand beside her come what may. Jasper's words at the top of the stairs were just lovely.

I like that Bella got to reconnect with her childhood friend, Lauren.

I'm glad Emmett supported Edward in asking his wife to apologize to Isabella or leave his home. Rosalie obviously has learned nothing if she was out there tag-teaming Bella with Tanya. Bella, though, handled them with class despite her inner turmoil.

I can truly understand Bella being so overwhelmed and now this admission of love brings about more expectations. I'm glad Charlie made sure she had counsel by Mrs. Webber in what is to be expected between a man and woman.

I like how Edward is safeguarding their love. He's being patient and listening to her concerns, gifting her with the return of her most prized possessions and announcing their marriage to everyone. It was great how Esme and the family, well except for Rosalie, rallied to support their decision to celebrate their marriage. Oh, I so enjoyed how Edward addressed Rosalie. I would assume she's getting quite an earful from her husband.

I'm so relieved that they finally cleared the air about what has been going on and how they felt about each other.

What I really enjoyed was how many emotions passed through Bella during their discussion and how she found her strength and passion in her anger, though she was never mean or cruel. She also got her questions answered about without crying, being demure or waifish.

I also loved how Edward pushed Bella to get to the bottom of her insecurities and then reassured her that he wasn't involved with Tanya or concerned about Bella's status. Rosalie better watch out. It looks like Edward has her in his crosshairs.

This was definitely one of my favorite chapters. It challenged them and showed just how well matched they are.
