Hello. I’m not sure if this story’s been abandoned or if you’re even still active on ff. On the off chance that you are I wanted you to know I love everything about this book, from the fact that there’s no romance to how the characters are written. I’m new to the fandom but Jack and Teague fics are a guilty pleasure of mine.
Your fic is a little trove of gold in all the ones I’ve been searching through. If you are active and happen to see this I want you to know how much I’ve enjoyed it. I not good with writing so I don’t often comment, but an author told me they love long reviews, and some people are worth the effort. Thank you for writing as much of this fic as you have. :)

I love this story ! The relationship between Teague and Jack is touching and your story with Jack's trauma is really interesting! I hope one day to read the sequel.

Are you ever going to continue this? I think it’s one of my favourite aus and we have such few good potc fanfics out here. I love the somber version of jack you painted for us here and how his actions differ from his old self after such a traumatic event! Would love to see how this goes on.

Aaaaaagh,I love this story. I love Teague, I love being able to see Jack be honest and safe with someone, and I love how Barbossa would try to hire and assassin. And using Cotton's parrot as a messenger is so delightful! How creative! I love this story. I need more. Thank you!

oh come on... your story is really interesting to read... you give me a heavy cliffhanger in this... you cannot give up can you? I know its been a long time, but what could possibly since nothing is impossible...

You need to update this fic, mate. It's already 2019 and the fic is amazingly written, so many father and son relationships that I love to see in PotC but lacks unfortunately, especially with Edward and Jack.
