Haha, I just read the Author's Note. "At one point, being fat was desirable, especially in infants..." Has that changed? I don't know what kind of person doesn't love a fat baby, but I'm sure they must be unpleasant.

I first read Strange and Invisible History several years and two days ago it all of a sudden popped into my head and I had to read to read it again. Read through Strange and Invisible History and then Influence of Souls. Really hoping even though it's been several years that you'll come back and update this or write another sequel. Absolutely love how well developed your story lines and characters are.

I've read all of your ff stories several times and never felt the need to review. With this I simply mean that, had I noticed terrir grammar/plot, etc I would have reviewed. In my humble opinion, great story tellers like yourself don't need constant reviews if only because your writing is so great. Were it anything less, there would be a significant loss in readers, favorites and bookmarks.
If you can, please continue. Most should understand how life gets in the way, so if this is it, thank you for this masterpiece and may your God(s) or whoever be with you.

| margiere chapter 99 . 12/21/2013
Welcome back and congratulations’ on the new job. You’ve been missed. This is a wonderful pre-Christmas present. Things in this chapter happened very quickly, it was amazing. From the putrid journey in the sewer under London to the death of the Basilisk. It was miraculous; the Imperial Army was actually able to pull it off. And how in the world was Viktor able to hold on during that fight is a mystery. The tales told about the Dragon Riders will make up legends for centuries to come.
Maybe I’m a little warped because I thought it was absolutely satirical that Metellus sees men like young McNair and Greyback as bad men but could not for the sake of his own pathetic life see himself as one. Then as his shade leaves his mortal shell behind, he then suspecting its final destination may not be someplace pleasant as all. Metellus really got lucky, or at least to me he did. How blood thirsty am I that even with getting his head popped off seemed a mild death compared to what he really deserved.
I can only hope that young McNair’s downfall well be as painful as someone of his nature deserves. Nagini and her entourage of little snakes must have something interesting planned. I can’t wait to read more. Thank you again for the wonderful chapter.
