this story had me from beginning to end
a great story that captures the emotions of the person left behind
Will there a sequel? Please write a sequel
| NatalieLynn chapter 1 . 1/3/2012
You had me crying from the beginning to the very end. I find myself, like Bella, holding on to that last grain of hope, unwilling to give up. You had my vote, and I truly thought you deserved to win.
(I thought I'd repost my review from the anonymous version of this wonderful story that was posted under the contest profile.)

I am slowly making my way through my favourite entries from the contest and reviewing them on the authors' accounts. Very slowly! Yours was one of those favourites - not only because it was Bella/Jasper, which, of course, I love, but also because of the feelings that you wove into Bella's speech to him. I could almost sense the loss on the page (err, or screen, rather) - that horrible, clawing feeling of "what-if," that refusal to move on and abandon hope.
Excellent job! :)

Thanks for writing this, I really enjoyed (if that's the right sentiment for an angst story!) reading this entry, and thought it was beautiful.
"This was a lovely, tortured lament by the one left behind. In many ways, to have someone alive but not, there but not... I wonder if it's worse than a clean death."
Well done and thanks for your gorgeous PM! Congratulations on writing such a great angsty entry for the contest xAM
