Okay, two things stand out in a bad way.
A huge proportion of text is dedicated to explaining someone's feelings and thoughts. This is not an encyclopedia article, this is supposed to be a story where things *happen*, not an article where things are *explained*.
Second, why 5th year, why so late? I understand using Umbitch, but then this is OWL year with already heavy schedule and Voldi got recently resurrected as well.

By the way, why does Snape openly advises Draco not to become a death eater? Did Voldi already had Snape and Luci on fast dial? How will Snape explain his behaviour, recommending a recruit against being a death eater, if he gets summoned?
