Its funny and kind of insulting in the same time, the way Maura try to rationalize her attraction to Jane. And its very impressive the way you are capable of keeping their view on life well anchor in the century they are, which is showed with the fact that Maura despite her kindness and open mind, think about Jane as a low-class and doing so, kind of show that she think she is better only because of their difference in money and education. Thats elitist and arrogant. Very insulting, but yet so accurate with their time.

I love your story because its very original and well writen but i must say, the little part where you take the tv show for your story annoyed me a lot, i know you can't do anything about it since the story is finish since a lot of time, but boy why did you need to take pieces of the tv show in such original story ? If i wanted to read a copie of the show there is plenty of other fanfics here. But i choose yours, an original stuff, meaning i want original.

Sorry if it come out too rash, i try to not let it bother me, but after eleven chapter, its still took me out of your story and thats really annoying.

I haven't read this story since last year, but I'm ready to get the ~feels~ again. This is the best fanfic within the Rizzles univers ever written- I am obsessed.

I know it’s been a bit since this has been posted. But I still get a kick out of reading all your wonderful stories no matter how much time has passed. And there’s always something new I notice, like how much emotion that has been put into it. It’s so genuine and adventurous that I literally geek out just for a few seconds and my world is taken over by a radical outlaw and a brave and wonderful doctor. Also it finally registered this read around that Maura is an absolute horn dog once she realizes her feelings for Jane and I laugh every time. I’ll love this story long after I read it over and over again. Thank you!

Well, 8 years later I have returned to this wonderful story after finding myself drawn back into a 'rizzles' phase again for some reason. I forgot just how good this was. Fanon rizzles is truly something else and the sheer quality of stories in this fandom never fails to amaze me. Which is why I will never truly abandon fanfic rizzoli & isles at least.

Your stories are certainly very much included in that sentiment. These Calamity Jane ones in particular, as I just love that extra dynamic with the Jake Wyatt thing.

So, thank you for not only sharing your stories with us, but also for keeping them up. (I've noticed some have sadly been deleted over the years which is such a shame.)

Right, well I think before I start the sequel, I might delve into some of your more recent fics that I have yet had the priviledge of reading, seeing as I stopped watching the show around s4-5. hah.

Dear Jo, it’s been several years since I read this. I’ve read it again as a foil for the madness this pandemic has brought and as a balm for the stresses of everyday life and working from home during Ireland’s second lockdown.
Your writing is divine and I hope that some day you get to publish this as a proper book that I can go into a shop and buy. To have a copy on my shelf would be an absolute joy. (I’m a librarian by trade so yeah I’d love a physical copy)
The way you have described the emotions and feelings these two have for each otherthe fear, the joy, the terror and ecstasy of falling in love reminds me so much of my own feelingsemotions as I began to fall for the woman who would become my wife.
I just love reading about themit gives me all the feels as you young folks say!

Not two weeks, two months, two years after this was finished but 8 years! This was insanely good! Your writing is just beautiful and the way you wrote them was amazing. I had to check all of the references on this story, the movies and the songs and you're just awesome haha thank you so much for such a beautiful story! Off I go to the sequel!

Not two but eight years that this story is finished and every now and then, I'm coming back to it and I love it the same as i did when i was reading it the first time. A job very well done!

Wow, I v been reading fanfiction and reading but to be hinest, yeah came across good stories, there are quslity writers out there, but like this one? There is nine!
