it's been a long time since i read a new story and this one got me from the first line. the incredible bowl of suppressed feelings is so explosive here. and the "always" - i thought this is it! nothing more to say, except: excellently written.

I can imagine Castle having Kate-Beckett-as-Russian-Lit-professor fantasies ... LOL!

You probably got an idea how I spent my Sunday - correct: reading some of your stories! :-) And "Love Boat" was on my list, too. Great - amazing - wonderful. What can I say? I had fun. Lots and lots of fun reading it. Loved the udnercover theme, though the story about the murder wasn't "that" interesting. But who cares - as long as there are enough Castle and Beckett scenes - and trust me, there were! Amazing ones at that! So, I am more than satisfied. The sexual tension between them was just palpable. OMG. Very, very well written - I could picture everything, which is exactly what I look forward to in a story.

To sum this up ... this was perfection and the ending so sweet ... would love to know what they did on their road trip back to NY :-) So typically Castle to suggest a road trip ... I was probably as excited as he was when he suggested it to Kate :-).

Anyways. Beyond great and nothing to add.

I've been saving this to read, knowing I had a tough week planned & I'd need a good pick-me-up. It was worth the wait! Fantastic story, loved it! (though I so wanted them to catch a murderer too)... Fun to read, well done!

Okay, this is great. A good ending for a good story. Just the one thing, and this is only my personal preference, but there are a lot of scene breaks in this story. The thought always nags me that writers who use a lot of scene breaks are secretly running out of ideas to write into the story, so they come up with semi-good ones and don't explore the idea enough to show the bad parts of it.

It's just personal preference. I like stories that have longer scenes in them, and this story had particularly short ones.

I'll read anything Sandiane Carter writes! Even if she co-writes with someone I'm not familiar with, I will give it a shot. Though, those stories are harder to track down when she doesn't post them ;) This was a fun and fluffy fic set on the high seas. Good romp was had.

This was a fantastic story.

I enjoyed the premise with Rick and Kate investigating a couple of mysterious death on a cruise ship as a favor for the Mayor. You did an excellent job with them being miserable at first but then things changed when they got on the same page so that they could be more themselves. I believe it took that one session with Alicia to do that.

You also did an excellent job with bringing them together by their small cabin, Kate getting seasick and Rick taking care of her and other things that just made them appreciate having each other.

Their investigation turned out to be nothing as they found out by keeping a close eye on Josh and Violet. That was great work on your part when it was revealed why those two were on the cruise and probably lead to Rick punching Josh out. It was made better with that event getting Rick and Kate together after she saves Rick from going overboard. I enjoyed how that incident gave proof to those deaths being an accident.

The final chapter was great and it brought everything to a close while starting a new phase in Rick and Kate's relationship. Loved that they would be driving home so they could have some time to themselves.

You both did an amazing job with this story. Excellent job.
