One of my favorite stories to re read! Feels close to canon, I just think that they would be inseparable once he returned to 12, after all that they had endured. Good take on healing..

As I read this, I'm reminded of Katniss' mother and how much Katniss used to hate the way she behaved. It seems cruel and sad that in the end, she's so similar to her mother

This is so painfully beautiful... Thank you.

Wow that was really good!
| Pari B chapter 1 . 10/13/2015
This is really quite an extraordinary read. It is beautifully written, with a keen grasp of both the characters and their deeply broken spirits. I think your ability to portray the true depth of Katniss's feelings for Peeta is one of the best that I've come across, especially where she flip flops between wanting to kiss him and hit him all in one thought. I know she doesn't start coming back to life until he returns to 12, but I always thought she might resent him a little for leaving her. Not because it's fair, but because that's just who see is.

Wow, what a stunning story, just what I've been looking for. It's stunning, just...breathtaking. Thankyou

That was absolutely the best hunger games fanfic I have ever read.
| drusilla95 chapter 1 . 12/14/2014
Very in character. A really great story.
| Kate chapter 1 . 12/1/2014
I liked the premise, but the actual writing was so unnecessarily verbose that it became a bit of a chore to slog through and I had to force myself to finish it. That is definitely not the kind of reaction you want from a reader. My advice would be to come back to reality and write in a manner people can relate to and become engaged in. I know you may believe that meandering through a bunch of abstract prose makes you sound deep and intelligent, but it actually has the opposite effect when it is executed poorly.

This was really, really beautiful. The tone melds perfectly with what is in the books. You capture the emotion, the rebuilding, that I really wanted to see. The descriptions are perfect. Poignant. I don't know if I can capture in words how they made me feel. Just that I really appreciated this. Thank you for sharing with us.
