This is a FANTASTIC chapter and story in general. I love how you portrayed Chuck, how you delved into his mind and gave us your perspective of what was going through his mind during that equally fantastic episode. You kept him in character very well and for that I salute you. And how could I forget the Charah aspect, I LOVED it and the last couple of lines were amazing; they show the true depth of Chuck and Sarah's love. Thank you so much for sharing.

Your control of the innerworkings of the character's emotions and minds is astounding. Awesome job! Thank you for the story.

Nice way to end the introspective look into his thoughts. Loved these chapters. Brilliant writing.
| uplink2 chapter 4 . 2/15/2012
Wow I had written up a really long review, brilliant I might add, but for some reason it crashed when I tried to post it. As I will never be able to match the level of that one I'll just say I loved this chapter. I love this story and I love your writing.
| Doc in Oz chapter 4 . 2/15/2012
OK, so I kinda hate you right now. This is gobsmackingly brilliant! (also kicking myself for not discovering it earlier, too)
You have one of the best descriptive minds for the situations presented I think I’ve read here.
| rphe chapter 4 . 2/15/2012
You describe their thought processes very well - makes it fun to re-live the moment. particularly liked the way you say how Sarah sacrifices what she wants for what she thinks he wants. The concept that he would want to risk losing his wife-to-be to recover the mum he hardly knows is something I still struggle with.
| esardi chapter 2 . 2/15/2012
People made too much out of this episode. The plain fact was that Sarah wanted Chuck safe with his family and friends. If she had not killed Mauser Chuck would have ended in the bunker.
Of course there was too much lying between them at that time. If Chuck had told her he doubled back for her and saw her kill Mauser, who by the way brought him on himself with his big mouth, she would have told him the truth.
The Chuck on the show at that time was beyond dense. He tried to help but was a major liability.
