I hate moron characters. Naruto is a fucking idiot and the fact that he doesn’t really try or put true effort in just makes me want him to die in painful ways that reflect how truly stupid he is.

You know, for the amount of video-game fics that have been written, especially in this fandom, you'd think that they'd be of higher quality, with many gems among them. Instead, this fic is beacon in an ocean of mediocrity that is Naruto!Gamer.

Favorite bits: Sasuke not being a jerk, Shika being smart, Naruto learning how not to be an idiot, and…actually, most of the minor characters, and the perverse, screw-you game system… actually, this is a favorite (and Favorite), period.

I hope that personal project went well! It must have been pretty great if this fic is anything to go by. I love what you did with this story and I wish there was more to read! It was frustrating at first, especially after the more reading fan fiction with an older and more war-hardened Naruto, but I’m glad you kept him at his starting intelligence level. It’s neat to see him make mistakes and slowly learn as time goes on. He doesn’t instantly know what to do, or do it right. Well I understand if you don’t, but if you ever update this fic and a notification pops up in my emails I’ll read the new chapter right away!

You made Naruto as dumb as canon. That is wrong. If I wanted a dumb Naruto, I will just read the manga.

A bloody FANTASTIC fic, with a lot more uncertainty and guesswork that really draws the reader in! I especially loved how Naruto learned the importance of strategy and the reasoning behind the Chuunin exams.

I don't usually like first-person narratives in this fandom, but you've managed to keep it refreshingly in character :D (well... as in-character you can get with this kind of thing)

People miss the subtle details, when you don't kill the sound grunts, your dooming the coughing dude to die, like he does in cannon, and it gives Orochi the sacrifices he needs to use the Zombie thing on the Senju kage.

Idk if i already commented but if i have then i just can’t stop myself from saying more! This story is what got me intrested in Naruto fully, i had stumbled upon it and just started reading it and it got me hooked! I love how you write Naruto and how nothing is given too him right away like in other stories, i’ve read many other’s and have watched a few episodes and i really love how even though Naruto has this cool ability it doesn't change him like how it does in other stories!

Shika-kun is by far my favorite chacter in and out of fanfiction! And the way you write him is absolutely wonderful, the way he talks and acts and reacts and just everything about him is a true gem! I don’t see much Hanabi but with this story there she is! And she has her own personality and she’s important and she’s not pushed aside!

That’s another thing i love, the way you bring characters into the story and you never forget about them, in most stories they bring in the cast of Naruto but then only focas on one or three chacters and only bringing the others up every new moon! But in your story their THERE and here too stay!

I hope you update soon! I can’t wait too find out how the game is gunna mess them over and how there gunna come over the obstacles!
