That... was beautiful. I'm still giggling a bit just remembering it. I love how this is turning out so far - it's beautifully written. I'll certainly keep reading - I have a feeling this is going to be fun!

Oh my dear gods, yes. Just... Yes. I knew immediately from the number of reviews this had that it would be magnificent, but I could never have guessed just HOW magnificent it truly turned out to be. Your theories and your plot and your voice and your wording and your preternatural grasp for everything that I consider to be "Sherlock"... I can't find the word for how utterly perfect this story is. I don't know who you are or who your muse is, but I must say, you must be one of the luckiest authors in the world. This was 165 words of straight up beauty. I feel like I'm not able to give you enough praise or stop doing it ever, for that matter. So far in the Sherlock fandom, I haven't read any kind of story that could even possibly live up to this. It's truly just that phenomenal to me. That being said, I blame you for ruining me for all the other authors.

Truly, though, just the way you filled in holes and your foreshadowing and your inclusion and dear gods have my babies. All of them.

Ok, sorry, that was really drastic... Even so, I'm so thankful as a fan for you, because, as I mentioned, this is the best Sherlock fic I've read. Possibly the best fanfic I've read ever. I seriously can't get over how good it is. Honestly. I keep searching my mind for more praise, /better/ praise, but nothing comes to mind outside of giant, flashing, Vegas-esque lit up neon letters shouting "THIS IS THE MOST FANTASTIC THING YOU EVER HAVE OR EVER WILL READ".

Well, now I'm off to read every other thing you've posted. Thank you, again, for this beautiful fic.

as with all of your stories : I loved this fanfic. I love how you play with the words: some of your sentences I just want to copy and paste because they are so great, you use such fun analogys. How you portray the characters and let us be part of their confusion, their reasoning, their emotions is so real, that I only stop reading because of real life. So thank you very much for writing and for sharing. I am looking forward to your next story.

Outstanding. You have a real talent and keen eye for some dizzying dialogue and tension! I was gripped from the first chapter and totally fell in love with the character and relationship developments. Please never stop writing about these two! X

Awwww! I didn't even look at the genre before I opened it and I just ended up depressed most of the story! It was as fantastically written as the others, if not lacking in sex comparitively, but sweet.

Best slow burn romance ever oh my goodness I'm surprised I didn't just melt halfway through reading this due to the heat of the sexual tension.

Fuck me running, I have to stop and go to work now. At least the drive will give me time to calm down. ahem And I'm definitely not going to spend the next few hours picturing John pinning Sherlock to the bed. Nope. Not at all.

Holy hell, I thought this chapter was going to kill me. Guess that honor will go to whichever one contains the "proper" shagging.

I was as confused as John was, but thrilled that I misunderstood what Sherlock was saying.

"I don't know how this might work between us. Clearly you don't want all the trappings, but I'm here. I'm available. I want you, and I can't be worse for you than cocaine. I can give you this if you need it. I can be your danger, Sherlock… if that's what you want."

- The slow burn of this has been absolutely delicious. The sexual tension has just about turned me inside out, and now John says this? How is Sherlock not a puddle on the floor?
