|Reviews for One Torment Too Many|
| lmao i'm so late chapter 1 . 4/24
I'm glad I'm not the only one who ship them xD. Although I also ship Razumikhin with Dunia, I just find him so cute
| Kaizen Kitty chapter 1 . 4/24
Nice scene! The characters seem very much in-character here. XD lol You're certainly not alone in shipping these two - I'm starting to wonder whether the subtext was inserted intentionally in the original novel...
| Guest chapter 1 . 3/13
First of all, my personal commitee has infomred me of the utmost importance that Razumihin will not, in fact, go anywhere near Raskolnikov, becuase he is engaged to Dounia. I very much would like you to cease these stories at once. Love, Fyodor.
| Laureen Lycan chapter 1 . 2/23/2016
Loved this. You did a good job writing in the same voice as Dostoyevsky and I LOVED Razumihin mentioning reading about the Greeks. Very in character. XD
| Ana Spinu chapter 1 . 9/26/2015
Omg i can't express how much i needed this AND how perfectly written this fanfiction is. Short and brilliant 3
| GrownUp90s chapter 1 . 6/25/2015
I have to admit, this fic is a guilty pleasure of mine. Your style is excellent, and not overly modern, and your ending is no less plausible than Sonia suddenly falling madly in love with Raskolnikov...honestly I loved the book right up until that ridiculous maudlin ending. Anyway, nice work!
| ThaliaofAvalon chapter 1 . 5/12/2015
This was actually really good. I think you captured the characters pretty well. I just read it recently, and I'm actually writing an essay on how Svidrigailov's actually in love with Dunya, extraordinary, and a good guy at heart. Because basically, nobody believes any of those things... Anyway, yeah, I did actually consider such a pairing. Razumikhin was just too nice to Raskilnokov's family, and if he was into Dunya... Yeah. Nice job.
| grimkat chapter 1 . 3/29/2015
ahhh i totally see it too. Thankfully I'm not alone on that :p this was pretty cute- well, except for the pain and torment, but what would crime and punishment be without it?
| NIKOLAS Kolesnikov chapter 1 . 3/29/2015
I've read this fic like more than 20 times, I can't help it but I've even saved it on my phone so I'm able to read it at least twice in a month. I feel a little prick for did not have commented before since your fic honestly means a lot for me - you know finding RxR fiction isn't an easy mission - but it's like my lack of English language knowledge was scaring me and avoiding me of expressing my love for your work, but I hope you can understand that I'm pretty serious when I say I LOVE this fic.
Please forgive me for being such a silent bitch reader and let me fix my past errors saying how much I love this work of yours!
Thank you so much for writing all these lovely letters for us.
Oh you removed the last part didn't you? I'm happier you did, that was sad as Hell! LOL
Of course that was pretty well written but that was too sad and I don't want to take more gloomy experiences since I get enough reading Soviet novels and living my melancholy life.
| sovietWaffles chapter 1 . 2/9/2015
This is great! I love it. I always expected Razumikhin to slap Rodya upside the head (Rodya was a dick). Yet, I always thought that there was something more in their relationship. Now we just need to add Zossmiov to the mix...
| SteLLaR37 chapter 1 . 1/26/2015
Reading Crime and Punishment right now and shipping it so hard. I mean, when Razumikhin meets Dunya, he literally tells her that she's beautiful and then immediately he tells her that she's a lot like her brother Rodya. I translate that as Razumikhin totally has the hots for Raskolnikov.
| Guest chapter 1 . 11/17/2014
| BrownEyedPaloma77 chapter 1 . 6/18/2014
This is... interesting, to say the least. Morever, you have an amazingly smooth writing style; your use of strong verbs, in this particular instance, adds that feeling of tension, it adds unease and elasticity to the atmosphere of your story. Plus, your idea is pretty original. All in all, a job well done! :)
| Emily chapter 1 . 3/17/2014
Oh my god! I was thinking the exact same thing! When I told my AP Lit class that I spent half the book waiting for it to turn into a Razumikhin/Raskolnikov porno they were horrified. But honestly I would have liked the book much better if that's how it turned out.
| Ellstra chapter 1 . 3/15/2014
Whoa, I loved this. In a way I regret this story is so short, because it's pretty amazing. I love every single bit of idea in this and you wrote it very well. It's a pity you didn't write it longer; not about more things but simply longer.
