| Tsuki Doriimaa chapter 11 . 12/10/2012
Awesome! I know everyone is entitled to yheir own opinions, but i really have trouble understanding how anyone who reads yoai fanfiction, wouldnt love this story, or its pairings. I LOVE IT! LOL _ especially the "littlest love" bit, its adoriable. _ Your story "Schooled" was/is fantastic as well! My sister sent that for me to read and i absolutely loved it! ::raises a glass:: Here's to more updates when they come! Cheers! _ Blessed Be, hon!
| NJ chapter 11 . 11/19/2012
I love your work and admire your talent for tastefully exploring subjects a bit more 'unusual'. I particularly enjoy 'Did You Know', and 'Schooled' but was apprehensive about this story before beginning it, but now I'm hooked!
However this review is really just to let you know that here in England a 'vest' is a sleeveless usually cotton t-shirt like garment worn under clothes for added warmth, particularly by children and the older generations. The garment Mycroft is more likely to be removing in this chapter would here be known as a 'waistcoat'. If your readers are largely from the US this Americanism may be deliberate, in which case I apologise! But I thought I'd let you know in case you were just unaware!
Many many thanks for sharing your many wonderful stories with us!
| Lang Krista chapter 11 . 11/7/2012
It's past 5AM and I am dying to go to bed after being unable to stop reading before finishing the last chapter, but I figured you had earned a review (I'm a bad, bad reviewer usually ; I don't even think of leaving one unless I'm either thoroughly impressed, or thoroughly discouraged, in which case I leave a bit of advice before I inform the author that I can't stand to read any more).
Do you know how hard it is to laugh hysterically without waking your sleeping parents in the next room? Thanks to you, I now do. That rhymed. And I especially liked that chapter where Harry discovers the murdered milkman is 'Colin' Creevey, because everything, from John's spectacular startlement resulting in a tea-stained wall and Sherlock watching it all as if it happened every day, to the end of the chapter (which, frankly, at this time of night/morning I don't rightly recall) about caused me to rupture a few organs trying to swallow back the giggles. If they were giggles, because my voice isn't especially high for a girl, but if I were to ever giggle in my life, it would be at 5 in the morning reading this fic.
I've taken note of one of your author's notes (too tired to care about redundancy-is that a word?) where you said someone had told you your writing style was clunky. I'd like to inform you that the rather refined vocabulary you seem to like to employ may make the style sort of older, as in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle style or even Tolkien at times, but is precisely the type that I enjoy the most, because not everyone can appreciate and properly make use of it.
To finish this uncharacteristically long and rambling review, I would like to say that I very much liked this story so far and am looking forward to more whenever your life permits you to work on it. I am now off to click the follow checkbox and then to bed. Goodnight.
| Harriverse chapter 11 . 11/4/2012
I guess one reason the incest angle doesn't freak me out is that I know the actors who actually play the modern characters are not really related. Plus, isn't a great deal of the libido located in the minds of those involved? If so, then since their minds move faster than light speed, who else could keep up with them but each other?
I'm really enjoying your work. You write an interesting story with creative plot bits and have a marvelous writing style. Although this could be a place you could end this fic, I'm really hoping that there is more to come! I also hope your son's illnesses taper down. It must be nerve racking to have such severe illnesses without being able to prevent their reoccurring. You have my sympathy.
| Harriverse chapter 9 . 11/4/2012
I wasn't sure you could pull off this kind of pairing...but OMG, you can!
And you make it seem so natural instead of deliciously naughty.
