Overall a generic start, no explanation for Alduin being so kind, Sasuke and Neji genderbent, Naruto somehow stumbling into Hinatas kidnapping.
It just leaves the story feeling weak.

You do know that if he has a Skyrim dragons body compacted into his size, that he would have the strength to rip a building out of it's foundation and throw it, not very far or with much strength, but he could still do it. I think you underestimate how strong he should actually be with what you described. Either that or you are nerfing him in the need to keep it to realistic standards, (which even still he should be able to do as I said before) or human limits at least. which kinda ruins it just a little for me. That's like saying that even though atlas the Titan of strength, can life the world on his shoulders, that he wouldn't be able to beat a slightly strong giant. It doesn't make sense, nor is it believable, nor is it true.

Kinda disappointed that he relies so much on weapons when he is also skilled in multiple hand to hand combat styles, and even showed it early on against kiba. Now he has DRAGON SCALE TALONS, which he isn't using as weapons to incorporate into said combat styles. He seems honestly kinda pathetic without a weapon in hand, and even then he doesn't do too well, especially for someone who was trained by ALDUIN THE WORLD EATER. the first born son of akatosh, dragon god of time. And with how you said that he has strength that would impress guy the person strong enough to beat Madara in six paths sage mode with the juubi, I expected more.

Considering I'm at chap13 of 24 and seeing how things have gone since the start, I'm gonna give the assumption that the genderbending was more of a "I wanted to see how they'd bang"
With Sauske, reasonable enough, though it still falls under my assumption.

you know, instead of the great savior bridge, or naruto bridge. you could of had them "rebuild" the dragon bridge. it wouldn't have looked the same, hell. probably not even in the same location, but it would have been a cool call back

Shame it's been so long since this was updated, this has been a fun ride. Especially the Sanguine shenanigans, fucking laughed my ass off that entire arc. Hopefully some day you'll revisit this story and continue it.

Yo the Arthur's notes reminded me of that male character that use the name of a woman to use as an alias to write romantic stories in DC's Legends of tomorrow. (I believe that was the name of the show at least)
