This is great! You really have a knack for writing, especially the Tom/Harry, and that their relationship is platonic is a fascinating and refreshing twist on the usual. Whether they'd do sexual deed or not they deeply love each other and it's obvious. If it's because of their age they remained as non-sexual relationship, I'd understand that.(to the moment when they become legally adults.) Personally I think Tom would have Harry in every possible way and it will involve sexual deeds. (I think Tom said similar words in the past chapter) And I think that the kind of feelings they have against the other is pretty romantic. If what they doing is not the romance, I don't know what the romance is. I think their feelings are romantic and romantic love does not necessarily required sexual deeds so yeah, I agree with your decision.

I've really enjoyed how you've written Harry and Tom's relationship, especially in terms of intimacy. It's not every day one can come across a fanfiction that *isn't* romantic intimacy, and in the context of this story, the way Tom and Harry interact with one another makes perfect sense given their histories. Even Tom's possessive behavior. I think it gives a nod to Tom's psychopathy as well - it's rare to read a fanfic where psychopathy is depicted in a remotely accurate fashion.

I can certainly see how it could turn into something romantic, and there definitely wouldn't be anything wrong with that (age appropriate-wise, anyway), but I think the version of intimacy you've chosen to go with makes this story more... unique? At least from my perspective. Most fics take the romance route.

Why would you leave the story platonic? It's around the 4'th book, right? He's 15. Were I'm from people start out with sex at around age 13. He should be easilly capable of it, if a bit awkward.

I am really looking forward to see the rest. I do hope Harry -does- go Dark. But I also kinda gooe they decide to stuff Voldemort in the book. *Chuckles* He'd be kinda vaquished...at least incapasitated.

I feel so sorry for Tom. I -compleatly- understand him, every step of the way. *Smiles wryly* I should hope they'll work it out, but a betrayal like that... I know I would never get over it. But... Maybe when Harry explains why Tom would at least allow him to live. I hope Harry learn to explain things to him too, and there's bound to be ways around the proffecy, like unbreakable vow to not harm eachother.

Prophecys are usually self-fufilling tho. If they're ignored, they may never work. Divination is never set in stone, the future is always changing.

How is it that people are so...restricted...when they care about someone? I do not understand why it would hold back someone as ambitious as Tom. Well, I guess it may be more powerful if he's never cared about anyone before and thus have no defense against it... But it really is quite possible, easy even, to discard someone you love, even if it hurts. Life is pain, after all. Why fear it?

I love the way you write without really bringing more physical relationships into the work. Everyone else is always so obsessed with having the character have sex, and while that can be nice and all sometimes, it gets tiring. I like the way your end all and be all isn't the sex, but the relationship, the words. Great job on this chapter!

I have a lot of "no"s ringing in my head for multiple reasons, including but not exclusively Harry feeling he had to kill Tom, and the result of the relationship poll (it seems I was too late Q~Q, and I think that they are in way to deep to ever love/understand anyone else the way they do each other or have anyone else do the same for them. I think the whole soulmates thing summed it up nicely. Although, you never did say you wouldn't change it later, we still have a few more years left in the story until he's 16 ;P).

On ch63 here, and I say yes. Simply because you've been building this relationship up so well, and I feel like they could really never be alone when with each other.

Tbh, Just my personal opinion but Slash would turn them story on its side...not sure how to word this but I prefer it without slash.

Now that you've introduced Moody, will he be back? DADA Fourth Year and games consultant perhaps? Or will he? Lots to fit in if you wrap this up by 15, and resolve all the issues you've raised, such as Arthur and Hermione, The Black sisters and family, and Draco and Daphne.

I understand Harry's reluctance to share the prophecy with Tom. How's Snape? Is Harry's Occlumency solid? Against Voldemort and Tom?
