I wish so much that she hadn't been quite so dense. I love this fix. Especially the literary quotes.

OH THANK YOU FOR THIS. I felt my broken heart heal just a bit more! Beautiful!
| mara lena chapter 1 . 4/1/2012
i guess, Faulkner is wrong. at least when it comes to this story. theses words aren't heartbreaking at all - they're the opposite, especially for shaken caskett fans.
Thank you! :)

What a ride that was! Loved the suspense of them walking away from each other with things on the brink of being said. That's good only when there's resolution of course! Wow, the ending scene at Castle's place was fantastic. Those two could do such amazing things with a script like this story. Oh, I enjoyed the quotes too...Lincoln and Faulkner, nice touch.

This is much better than that stupid promo I just watched. I swear. I. Swear. I do not want to watch it, will get so angry to watch it... I already had waited until TODAY to watch this week's episode out of fear. Now I just don't WANT to watch next week's. Grrr.
Anyways, two things I didn't copy that I need to quickly mention that I liked: the black turning beautiful, and the mention of the rose-colored... visions, I think you said? It was the rose-colored part that I liked because it tied this situation with Castle and Alexis' conversation over the smiling pancake. And the black turning beautiful is just a beautiful idea.
But it is this set of lines that I really liked:
He sets the glass down on the counter, too heavily maybe; the chink against the granite echoes sharply in his ears. He glances at it, but it doesn't seemed cracked. Surprisingly.
It's not a glass we're talking about here. Then, on a simpler level, this is the epitome of a metaphor. It's something simple, something a lot of people understand (I do it all the time), but it means something else, and I love it. Love love love it. I totally get it. It's my favorite thing from this whole story.
Great job. Definitely worth the wait. Thank you.

I love the quoting contest! XD It's funny but sweet all at the same time ) And her line at the end is just perfect

Yes! That's what I wanted to see last Monday...not those depressing 'herewegoagain' scenes from the next episode. And even if/when they resolve this issue, there's still the secret he's keeping from her to deal with. Will there be yet *another* summer apart?
| Girl Wonder 2005 chapter 1 . 3/28/2012
OH MY. OH MY LORD *FAINTS*
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS.
OH LORD *FAINTS AGAIN*
THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD HAVE ENDED. THIS.
I SIMPLY DON'T UNDERSTAND FOR THE LIFE OF GOD WHY SHE DIDN'T CONNECT THE DOTS RIGHT AWAY ONCE SHE SAW HIS EXPRESSION
Though having calmed down I guess the elevator exit expression was much more 'shoveled down' than what we fans would have wanted. And if that were the case then Beckett wouldn't have been able to spot the true depth of the problem and it makes sense that she wouldn't have been able to make the deduction.
Still I wish they wrote Castle's exit a bit differently

Ahhh the light to counterpoint the dark.
| J.D. Castle chapter 1 . 3/28/2012
I loved this! I can't even explain, but it was great the way you have Beckett deal without making her out to be some kind of pariah. The trading of Lincoln quotes was also just SO them!
