Omg! Did not think about this happening at all! SHIPPPPPPPP! Though I like her ending up with Ciel more..This was a nice twist of fate:)

Lovely story! Lizzie and Soma work really well together. You've got a very distinct writing style - it's detailed, stylish and nice to read. I like how much emotional depth Lizzie has in this; you have a really good grip on her character.
I should probably read Domina Esques next :)

[Sorry my computer did a stupid] Ahem. As I was saying, you have a wonderful ability for balance with perception: I could smell the monsoon water and feel Fulmala's trunk. :) and it was worth two reviews to make sure you got the message. All in all it is a pleasure to read your work, and I'm sure one of these days my obsession-phase with Kuroshitsuji will ease up enough that I read some of your other categories. :D as always, thanks!

I didn't think it was overly angsty at all!(especially considering some scenes in DE). It was a nice change of pace, actually. I've never thought of Lizzy/Soma, but you completely pulled it off! I especially like the happy ending. :) You have a wonderful ability for combing pacing and detail and giving the reader both an managable sense of time (that isn't tediously boring) and a level of connection with what the speaker is perceiving. I could smell the monsoon water, could feel

This is sooo good. Soma and Lizzy are both good people, ciel not so much. This was very in character, neither would betray ciel but soma would show up after ciels gone. I wonder what the phantomhive servants will think.

I ship this. I totally ship this now, all because of you.
Soma really is so much warmer than Ciel. So much more of a match for Lizzy.
And the way you've done this... It's captivating. Gloriously crafted.

It was very pretty

SomaxLizzie... who knew?
| LunaBianca chapter 1 . 6/15/2012
Lovely. This alternate reality feels just as right as Domina Esques does.
| ClockworkCoeur chapter 1 . 3/28/2012
This was beautiful! I never thought I 'd ship this pairing but oh BOY WAS I WRONG!
So adorable, and thoughtful and you wrote them so well (though that doesn't surprise me after reading Domina Esques). I loved the ending as well, so melancholic but it made me feel how elated Lizzie was too!

I don't like Soma/Lizzy at all, but this is very good!
| Tri17 chapter 1 . 3/27/2012
So, I didn't notice when I first started reading that this was a SomaxLizzie fic. I thought it was CielxLizzie, so it was funny to me that mid-way through, I was rooting for Soma and Lizzie to be together. I kept thinking, "This is so cute! I really like this pairing!" and then when I finally scrolled up to see that this was an ElizabethxSoma pairing, I was really excited. Usually, I'm a devout CielxLizzie fan, but you've crafted this story in such a beautiful way that I wish there was more! Still, I loved the ending and everything you did with this story. All in all, absolutely beautiful. You're such a talented author! :D

LONG. REVIEW. TIEM.
Firstly I love the description in this. It's so very vivid and strong, the sense of that Indian summer with the orange sunsets and deep, mystic colours comes through amazingly. I think more could have been done with the elements though, the monsoon didn't seem very windy and the hot sun didn't seem too sweaty.
Lizzy again comes through, as always, as a very powerful and emotional character in this. You seem to craft her thoughts so well and you really felt her pain and sorrow towards her feelings with Soma. I liked also that you didn't have her just go with Soma, instead she went back and suffered, it was a good touch and added believabilty to her character.
I only wish we could have seen more of Soma's side in this. He seemed to have evolved as a character in some ways, and yet, I don't feel like you developed on it enough. As a reader it seemed more obvious at the end that he had become a mature man, but in India he seemed at that perfect halfway point. More on that would have truly boosted the romance between them.
Speaking of. The romance felt very natural, subtle and quiet and yet roaringly obvious to all around them. It was tragic but perfectly so and Soma very much captured that sense of 'what could be' with Lizzy. That escape from Ciel's dark, complex London to Soma's bright, simple Bengal.
The ending was also very well done. I see you finally seemed to have gotten to watching season 2 (or at least you know the ending) so that's something!
Anyway. Lovely oneshot kiddo.
