I was actually thinking about this story the last few days and wishing I could know what you had in store, not realizing that you had updated the story over a week ago. What a pleasant surprise!

And what a thrilling conclusion to the siege of Knothole Glade! The strategy of the White Balverine was so fascinating to see play out, and you really captured the exhaustion our heroes must've felt in trying to bring it down. Very concerned about where things go with Klessan - but I will say that I'm glad that our protagonists are getting their fair share of scars in this journey.

Glad to see this story continue to get updated. Good job on conveying the tension of the lycan attack. Also good on you for ending it here and not drawing it out any further than it needed to.

Interesting spot your Klessan is in. Considering the temperament of your main character, I can see Jack spending the next chunk of his free time trying to find a way to get her a new arm, one way or another, through magic. I do note that we've had a long trip one on one with Duran to build up his character and backstory, and Whisper is pretty well established in canon and throughout most of this fic. So I guess the next arc is time were Jack and Klessan deal with her sudden disability?

Wherever you decide to take the story next, I'm just glad to see it still has life. I imagine when we get new Fable news this year this category will probably see more traffic, so congrats on being a pioneer! Have a wonderful New Year, may inspiration and creativity be your constant companions.

This chapter was great. I love the Will advancements, there were a few spots had me thinking Klessen was done, pacing was terrific.

You know I think this was one of the first fanfics that I ever found. I was stunned to see it updated and I ended up re reading all of it. It is such a good story,and honestly I'm kind of inspired to re play Fable. I do hope that rumored remake of the game does happen.
