Brilliant, naturally Merlin wouldn't be able to handle a wand. I love how you navigated that

Things I like:

- The goblins. That they noticed the whole earth... magic... thing... was AMAZING.
- "I didn't know you had children." It was completely unnecessary for me to freak out about that as much as I did. It just seems so reminiscent of when there people have a lot of romantic tension and everyone they interact with keeps mistaking them for a couple. "We're not dating!" In this case would be more like, "We're not related!" so yeah, I thought that was amazing.
- The Malfoy family is a conglomeration of beautiful, irritating, snarky spoiled brats and you write them wonderfully. The next chapter is going to be AMAZING. I'm interested to see your characterization of Narcissa; I don't remember you ever writing her before. So that'll be fun.
- MERLIN'S WAND sweet Jesus that is lovely. Whomping Willow. Brilliant. Also that picture is amazing. This is going to be the coolest ever magic. I'm so freaking excited. Except I totally want Snape to see it and be like, "When did Ollivander start making wands like that?" and then have to deal with that. SPEAKING OF WHICH:
- All this deception is going to be amazing when it catches up with him (hopefully much, much later on) and the truth comes out.

Oh I love this story! I hope Draco and Merlin reach an understanding of sorts, that would be awesome! And Snape is just so amazing in this story! I can't wait for more of this, hope you update soon :)

haaaaahahah, wow this is amazing. I loved how you solved the wand issue. i would have been utterly bored if he just got one or even if he got one "specially made" by ollivander. he didn't even step inside the shop! beautiful!

I've only seen a few episodes of Merlin and am not really familiar with it. Even so this story is easy to follow. I find most time travel fics a little forced, but this one is really different. I'm enjoying it a lot.

I really LOVE this story!

To be honest, I when I first read the title and description, I was not too enthusiastic. Imagine my delighted surprise when I discovered what a gem this story really is!

I do feel terribly bad for poor Merlin though. All his friends are dead . . .
Just please, don't close the door on the possibility of him seeing Arthur, Gwen, and all the rest (I mean before death and heaven, of course).

I do truly enjoy the idea of a friendship between Merlin and Snape. I always feel sorry for the dislikable characters.

Do please update again soon. I almost despaired between this chapter and the last :-)
