| Beside Moonlight chapter 1 . 7/28/2013
Awww. Harry and Ginny are sooo cute together. I love how Harry was just like Hell.
| Elizabeth Theresa chapter 2 . 4/27/2013
I realize this isn't a new story by any means, but it's been a long while since I visited and could actually get into my author account, so I'm reviewing now.
I think you did a good job with this, particularly in concept. Too many authors have them jump right back into every day life without any kind of pain, and that's not right or realistic. Too many authors also forget that the trio have beena unit for almost as long as they've been in school, and I think you did a good job capturing that.
I saw on your author page that you were in Lincoln at one time. Attending UNL? I'm still in college there, who knows, we could have had some of the same professors.

So many of the post war stories are very happy and all about love. Not many show the real trauma that comes with that amount of horror and pain. Your writing was fabulous! Absolutely loved it :)
| ilioveharrypotter chapter 2 . 8/6/2012
I absolutley loved this. It is just so beautiful and heart breaking at the same time, I think your characterization was perfect, I loved the part about Malfoy manor, how ron insisted that it was private and it seemed very ginny to blurt out the question, a stunning piece of writing
| AsILayReading chapter 1 . 6/10/2012
This was incredible. Definitely the best immediately-after-war story I have ever read on my entire existence on the fanfiction net. Most of these stories are unrealistic, with the four main characters seemingly fine, and the two couples all sappy and immaculately perfect. But in this story, there is raw emotion, hurt, struggle, hardship, and stress. They still have that anxiety, that constant fear that they could die at any moment, and you make that come to life. And you give the couples realistic emotion, but also, again, raw, characteristics. They aren't super sappy stupid, but it is just the perfect amount of love, and you portray everything amazingly. One of the most well written stories I have eer read, in any book, movie, whatever universe on the fanfiction universe that I have ever read. Well done.

Awwwwwie. This was super sad. and sweet.
| lilypotters chapter 1 . 5/22/2012
This is so beautifully written! So heart-wrenching. So in-character. A lot of the fics writen about the time after the war are much too cheerful (given the circumstances) and I think you captured how they would be feeling very well. The romance was also beautifully done - I normally am not a huge fan of Harry/Ginny, but you pulled it off quite nicely. Your Ron/Hermione was perfect, of course.
Well... I hope I'm not ranting now :P that was great! I look forward to reading more from you!

| doodlechick12 chapter 1 . 5/8/2012
This story was raw and emotional, and completely realistic. Those three would have had severe trauma from the war, and I think that a lot of stories don't show that - they seem to blow it off and not show the consequences. This was perfect.
| wordpeace chapter 1 . 4/27/2012
You know, a lot of individuals have written these immediately-following-the-war stories, but I don't think very many of them are as realistic as yours was.
Not only was it amazingly written, it was also a touching foray into three war-torn individuals' minds. You wrote in such an evocative manner that, though I have no experience in this sort of thing, I almost felt as though I understood the characters' words, feelings. It wasn't overly dramatic or full of forced cheer, which is definitely a sign of mature writing, so cheers.
I don't think I'm making sense, but I just wanted to review and let you know that this was absolutely fantastic. Going to check out your other stories now...

Oh wow. What a perfect story.
I adore it :)
You have such a beautiful writing style - comparable to JK herself's. I really enjoyed this story :) x

This was so lovely.
| bikelock28 chapter 1 . 4/21/2012
Ron let out a whimpering sound of protest and snatched her hand away, brushing a kiss across her knuckles. "Don't. Please, don't."
"Ron." Hermione leaned in and rested her chin on his shoulder, her forehead brushing against his ear. "I'm okay." She whispered. "Because of you, I'm okay. Remember that, please." He turned his head and rested his forehead against hers and swallowed hard as she kissed his cheek again. "It's going to be okay."
Those bits are really really cute! Personally, I think Molly at the beginning was a bit outof character, but the rest of it I loved :)
