Gosh! What a fab fic! Love how the Captain and Maria often get naturally carried away in conversation and end up flirting. All the awkward moments and the cross-wires over Jane Eyre were smartly written too, with Georg realising that his situation is similar to Mr Rochester's :) Just a very clever story. Look forward to reading any others you post.

Oh my goodness. I can't believe this was your first story. It was amazing! Loved everything about it, especially Georg's outrageously inappropriate thoughts about his governess.

Oh Oh Oh, so delicious - and I am not talking about the dessert. Their discussion about what was underneath clothes was both hilarious and so enticing at the same time. Wonderful writing.

Oh, loved the flirting over Jane Eyre. Rather delicious banter between the two of them. And alone as well! Intriguing set up!

Loved their playful conversation!
"A passionate interlude on the kitchen counter-top?" Lol! That was amazing. Great work :D

Loved the Lunch part :D
"Georg Von Trapp, she was beginning to learn, had an interesting power to twist innocent sentences on their head, imbuing them with just enough wit and charm to give them… well, positively scandalous implications." :D True. Damn true :D

Wonderful ending! And, like before, really enjoyed how this chapter got inside both of their heads.
Love Georg giving her a book after they'd bought some for Brigitta, and the way he tossed the coin into the fountain, before asking her if they were ready to head back home; making her realise she did think of the villa as 'home' was beautiful.
Georg being the perfect gentleman and host after Frau Schmidt and Franz disappeared was great, and I loved how it was clear he didn't know where anything was in the kitchen.
Him asking her about Jane Eyre, and the way that provided an opening for talk of love and class and society was great, and his final thought was perfect.
While hers was hysterical.

Really liked how this chapter was more from Maria's perspective whereas the last one focused on Georg.
Her thoughts on how many different ways he could say 'Fraulein' were great, the story about her studying ballet as a child and the way she said exactly what Georg was thinking was awesome.
And their French lunch was brilliant! The way Maria was somewhat worried, but also loved being the sole focus of someone was great, and Francois was awesome.
Also loved their discussion on what they had expected the other to look like.

Oh this is absolutely delicious!
Love the set of circumstances that left Georg alone with the governess; and especially how the children seemed to have had a role in it.
How ironic that Maria's reading Jane Eyre, and oh so amusing that Liesl loaned it to her.
Georg mentally checking off how many times and ways Maria came into his mind was brilliant! Especially that one about numbers eleven through fifteen all happening at once.
And that line about his shore leave was so adorably cheeky.

PERFECT writing. Baroness Ebberfeld, Max & the older children setting Capt vT and Maria up is a GREAT idea. Capt vT raising money for charity every time he has an improper thought about Maria cracks me up. I like the way you pick up on the various inflections of Fraulein Capt vT uses. The awkward moments, flirty conversations & sexy thoughts between Capt vT & Maria are played just right. You should certainly keep writing.
