This story is absolutely incredible. It's amazing how much you've paid attention to detail! I've read it a couple times now but it never fails to make me tear up.

So we're officially in the movie. I love how you've done it so far, especially Belle's relationship with Rosie. I've wondered why Belle patted her head in the movie.
I also love the idea of Ariana being friends with the wolves and the little bit with the Beast in the end.
My only problem is that the whole part from Maurice finding the castle to the Beast locking him away seemed kind of rushed. Maybe it's just me though...

I LOVE this story! You're doing a fantastic job at making each and every character believable, a job within itself that is sometimes hard to do. So thank you! Are you going to use certain dialogue or elements from the musical version too? (Which, in my opinion, is better than the movie).
Also, if you would like to see a good version of the Beast's character, you should really watch the Hungarian stage play of Beauty and the Beast on youtube. It's the same music and dialogue as the original musical... just in another language.:) The Beast's personality is way darker and grittier, and the set and costumes are different, but they did a fantastic job with it. If you would like the link, please let me know!

Wow I know that some people may not like to read stories that have chapters from the movie, but I do like them as long as they are done corectly and you did a wonderful job! I also love the little bits that you added to the chapter as well. I will look foward to the new up-dates for the story! And I am glad to know that you will not be abondoning any of your stories, and I also enjoy the one-shots that you write to fill in the time. I have to ask though beacuse I am curious while writing scenes form the movie will you also be adding in little snippit chapters that are your own as well because I do love what you come up with! Well looking forward to the next up-date! :)

Entertaining chapter! I liked how you took the familiar beginning of the movie and made it sparkle by giving the villagers in the background names. The middle was kind of verbatim, and I would have loved to hear even more of the characters' inner thoughts behind what they were saying. But then the last section was wonderfully detailed, the way Gaston came in and announced his "engagement," the triplets' reaction, Ariana's role and her thoughts on everything, and the extra detail on Maurice when he came to the castle. I liked this a lot!

Even though you're covering (mostly) familiar territory, this was really good. I like how you managed to make the musical sequence seem more realistic. And you did a really seamless job of tying your original material into the movie's narrative in a way that actually enhances both. I also like that you delved into the Beast's thoughts a bit after he locked up Maurice. The fact that he did feel at least a little bit of guilt over it makes his evolution in the movie seem a bit more believable.

Yay! New chapter!
I often like reading about Maurice's introduction to the Beast, though I very rarely write it from his point of view myself. But again, I love all the different points of views in this story. Can't wait for more!
